Contact Watch Faces Widgets Support

Followed all the directions and none of the faces would would upload to my watch. I even had an Apple tech try. We troubleshooted and still nothing. The faces look really cool in theory but don’t work.

Update - response was to contact developer yet there’s no way to contact them. The link takes you to a generic website about the Timely Watch Faces but doesn’t lead you anywhere else and there’s no contact information. I would like a refund. I even have a screen record of my attempts to install. It allows me to complete the first two steps but never gives me the option for the third step.

Disappointed with this app. All I want is a face that will show steps, mileage, heart rate, batt %, and time on one face. Selection is slim for activity watch faces but one looked like it had what I needed. I click on this face and it wants $6.95 for it. Ok for the watch face I want it would be worth it. Turns out after paying I don’t get the watch face, I get a link to down load modular duel which is a free Apple app. Already feeling screwed I build the face using modular duel but it only works part time and won’t switch from km to miles. This app is a total scam designed to make money for the developers.

I paid for the lifetime in app purchase, but the colorful dots on the bottom of the screen just keep refreshing. (Even went as far as deleting/reinstalling the app. Shutting off both the phone and watch) The restore purchases button doesn’t work either. I’ve gotten the purchase successful message. But, no matter what I do, the app won’t get past the refresh page which makes it unusable.
