Stopped Working

I subscribed in Feb of 2023. It was working fine, I was able to use on both my desktops at home and at work my ipad. 6-8 months ago, it stopped working on all devices except 1. I emailed but no response. In desparation, I subscribed a new account. It didn't work, though I paid for it. I could never get the 2nd account to work. Only a month ago I got a response !!! But they were not able to help and asked me to wait for the latest version 1.6 to become available for MAC. They did not refund me anything! I brought it up and they said they will extend my 1st account (still no credit for 2nd account) for one more month free. Well of course I didn't get the free month. They just charged my card last week for a subsription I was only able to use for a couple months, and another account that never worked!
Stopped working. Poor support.

Until a few weeks ago I would have given this app a high rating. I have a yearly subscription which is supposed to insure that it is ad free. Each time it opens I get an ad and the app no longer allows me to change settings from "short" and it no longer allows me to copy or share the resulting rewrite. This has been going on for a few weeks and despite my paying through next December it is virtually useless. I'm on a deadline for certain projects and the only support available takes 24 to 48 hours. If they don't clear it up soon, I am going to request a refund from the app store.

I loved this app enough to subscribe to the premium version. I had noticed that just before I subscribed the app had stopped writing, and I just thought it was because I was out of freebies. But when I subscribed to it, still it will not generate content and just flashes on the screen. It also keeps popping up ads, especially the one saying I need to subscribe. When I click it I am told I am already subscribed. Very disappointed!
