Just got PMDDTracker after a particularly rough second day of my period, fighting suicidal ideation and horrible self-talk, depression, and anxiety. I have described this experience to doctors and psychiatrists time and time again and they just don’t seem to get how my life has been affected. PMDDTracker was EXACTLY what I wanted it to be! I like that symptoms can be customized and notes can be put in on each entry to further explain anything needed, plus it’s cool that it’s kind of a period tracker too. The biggest thing worth changing, I think, is the price for premium. It’s a bit much and this tool could be so beneficial and life-changing to a lot of people if they could just access all it had to offer for less of a financial strain.
I love that you can add your own symptoms and track what you need to. Everything is personalized which I like. I wish it could predict where you are in your cycle though instead of inputting it manually! It’s really helpful to get a reminder if luteal is coming on, but the default option on PMDDTracker is just bleed y/n
My therapist mentioned possibly having PMDD, so I downloaded this tracker to help me track the symptoms, its been very helpful to specialize for the criteria! It helps show when my lows and highs are and when they are. It gives me reminders to keep track so never miss a day! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to figure out if they have PMDD or if you just want to keep track of your symptoms!

This is the greatest app I’ve found for tracking PMDD. It’s a little expensive but the endless customization is well worth it.
Only 15 days in and already know this is the mood/period tracker I needed to help me learn to manage my symptoms. Love being able to add my own categories.

Every month I deal with the horrors of PMDD and all of it’s symptoms. Tracking via PMDDTracker is a great way to log my feelings and have data readily available to show to providers who don’t completely comprehend PMDD and it’s severity.

I use PMDDTracker to track symptoms of bio identical hormone replacement. There are menopause apps but nothing to track hormone replacement dates and symptoms. This one is working great for that so far. Thank you for offering PMDDTracker !
I’m so thankful to have finally find an app which I can use to not only track my PMDD symptoms but also adapt to use to tack my other co-occuring health disorder symptoms: like migraine and pain symptoms. Very useable and easy to figure out. Highly recommend.
I have been tracking my PMDD symptoms for years. This makes it soooo much easier and I can’t wait to see what the graphs look like once I have more data loaded.
I like that you can add symptoms and track over time. I put my reminder at 8pm the time im usually on my phone doing nothing. The only thing I wish is that I didn’t have ondd to track.

PMDDTracker is very easy to modify for my own personal needs, and the graphs it creates are easy to read. I’m able to quickly record exactly (and only) what I need without too much else getting in the way. I love the mild-moderate-severe scale too, as number scales are overwhelming to me!
PMDDTracker doesn’t really help me predict when I’m going to have an episode. However, that is due to my irregular menstrual cycle. PMDDTracker does help me visually see when I’m having an episode and they do last up to two weeks before my cycle and then three days into the period.
Really like having this as an app instead of using my notes app for everything! Cool to see the visual rating
