App freezes constantly. The layout is not coherent. Had great potential, but it was a total disappointment. 0 stars.
So you have 3 days to try it out before you get nailed for $60? Deleted.
its a breadboard but all the features are broken unless you put in $40 a year. insane.
This was pure confusion. No way to test your boards. I love all the details you can do, but this is not for beginners.
My biggest beef is it when you return to a circuit you spent time building, it's totally blank and you have to start all over. What's the point of renaming if it won't even save properly?
Also, there are many options to zoom in, but no option to zoom out. Makes it hard to see your whole circuit when the default view is already so zoomed in.
I downloaded this expecting an AR experience
Placing a few components on board made Breadpad crash (quit) without warning. Defiantly buggy.
Seems like it could be cool. But it crashes shortly after starting app. Every time. Does not save.
I’ve never seen an app get this many bug fixes.
Breadpad wont work it keeps crashing when i open a project
Hi, just a question.
Love Breadpad , no issues. Just wondering if there are plans to add switches to the list of features? Would love the make Logic Gates for teaching but without the risk lol
It should add leds
Every attempt to make a new document brings up the bread pan for just a split second and then Breadpad crashes. I realize that a 1.0 on vision is very difficult at this point. I’d be more than happy to beta test and send crash reports.
Tried to request chips like 74151N, but cannot exit the summary after hitting done and submitting request.
I was making a simple circuit and was wondering where the leds are located?
Seems like good app.
I love Breadpad, with my very small amount of knowledge it seams great, my only thing is, could we get tutorials either on Breadpad or YouTube. It would be great for introducing people to this amazing tool, thank you and keep up the great work!
Breadpad is awesome, I’m a student going into automation and electrical tech. This has helped me visualize and play with circuits outside of the lab. The only things it’s missing are LEDs and buttons/switches. The chips also take a little long to load but will show up after a while.
I absolutely love the concept but it needs some work.
I am currently studying electrical engineering and saw Breadpad on a Instagram ad and thought it looked cool and might help me build a few devices. Unfortunately did not have some of the features I wanted but did not have which is obviously more of a personal opinion but I believed it would help you build more users.
Now here’s something’s I would like to see on this:
1. Beginner Friendly Tutorials explaining each component and its use and how to use it on Breadpad. Same goes for the other aspects in this device like coding. Maybe a website or something that you can link to explaining everything.
2. More electric components, such as h-bridges 3. Library for better organized for components.
4. More appealing and better understanding layout.
For instance if I was a student or someone younger, Breadpad could be a great learning source for many people and possible collaboration with Apple itself to help many people get into engineering. And help many engineers practice or get better at understanding their work.
Go even farther and add physics engines to in the future.
It dosent let me place down chips but I feel like it’ll be a good app.
This is a fascinating way to experiment with circuits on a phone!
Very good quality software
The UI is partially or wholly native and very function no ads, no sign up. Overall nice for prototyping, really good use of space.
Can we please get a one time payment for at least 40 or 50$ for Breadpad to have it for life!?
This is a great learning tool. Loving the feature to run temperature simulations. Would be nice to have prebuilt templates to test different simulations. App works as listed, no crashes or unnecessary ads.
Signed up for annual subscription because you’ve made something unique, extremely useful, and you’re pushing updates like a MAD man!!! Don’t forget to take breaks!! Lol the dedication is admirable and gives me faith that Breadpad will continue to improve.
One suggestion: If there was an online video demo’ing the use of simple and advanced features of Breadpad , I think that could be both a great marketing tool and a very valuable resource for first-time users!
I agree with another’s reviewer that switches and LEDs would be very helpful
Wow, I left a poor review and wasn’t expecting anything but a couple of days later my two issues were addressed. Ok, impressive, definitley going to keep playing with Breadpad to see what’s next. Thanks for the quick rev, I know that isn’t easy.
