Rotating buildings causes uncontrollable scrolling

I tried to rotate my building and had to constantly scroll back up with my finger to keep the building on the screen. Terrible UI.
Mediocrity Rules in this game

Buy card packs. Everything in this game is mediocre at best. The houses are nothing to look at, the graphics are awful. Donโt waste ur time or money.
Duplicates

I have far too many duplicates and I am unable to finish 1st Island. I rather finish one island at a time then go on. This game needs to be looked over and fixed. Island 2 comes too early.
