It logged me out of my account for some reason and I tried using the password I made my account with but it wouldn’t let me back in nor will it let me reset my password. I had just bought the premium version as well so this is super disappointing. What makes it worse is that I emailed their support team and they aren’t responding. I just want access to my account back.

CoupleGrow does what it says — however when subscribing to access more content, the subscription is only good for ONE partner. Meaning that in order to use their premium content, both partners need to pay for the subscription which I think is absolutely ridiculous

I’m hoping this catches the eye of the devs because I’ve emailed them over a week ago to no response.

First I want to say that I actually do enjoy CoupleGrow. It has a few bugs, and the wording to some of the literature isn’t always correct, but it’s service is valuable to me. My significant and I were really enjoying the games and quizzes which were providing us insight into one another as well as some interesting suggestions from the results.

I liked it so much that after the trial and a month of paid usage afterwards I signed up for the year to save money and keep the service. But here is where the story takes a turn.

CoupleGrow stopped working. I can take quizzes, my significant can too. I receive hers on my dashboard to respond to. She does NOT receive mine. We’ve both logged in and out, she redownloaded CoupleGrow , but nothing has worked. I did 53 activities of all sorts and she cannot view a single one nor respond to them. Once again, customer support has not responded to me. I’m going to seek a refund at this point.

From the brief time I spent on CoupleGrow , the content seems decent. I deleted because the developer’s approach to sales feels very manipulative. 1. Required to register with email before accessing any part of CoupleGrow . 2. Then required to through onboarding and prompted to invite partner to join CoupleGrow only to find out that you are required to register for a subscription without being able to explore the content. 2. After declining the subscription, I was routed to a few of couples quizzes, and couldn’t go far before hitting the paywall again.

To be clear, I don’t mind paying for quality services and the annual cost of Beloved is not exorbitant. I would much rather pay for an app with my money than have my personal data harvested. The turn-offs for me are: 1. The developer’s approach… requiring registration, making you invest time into CoupleGrow set up, inviting your partner, then constantly leading you back to the paywall—annoying. 2. I didn’t take the time to read the TOS/Privacy, but it seems with Beloved, you pay for a subscription and your data is harvested. Why does this dev need to track Purchases, User Content, Contact info, Usage Data, etc??

CoupleGrow seems like a good idea. Good concept. However, there’s not enough free stuff. When you first download CoupleGrow , it seems like there’s a few free things you can do with it. So you do them. It’s says in a few hours there will be more free stuff to do. Well when you do them this time, it doesn’t let you see each other’s things in full unless you pay for it. Which is ridiculous. That part was supposed to be free but after doing it the first time it’s not? It’s so stupid. We’re deleting CoupleGrow cuz it’s no good for us now.

Not intuitive. Very difficult to navigate. No notification that spouse took a quiz. Gave incorrect results….. IE we both answered housework and CoupleGrow talked about tv binging. We deleted app after taking only 2 Quizzes. Great idea but CoupleGrow needs a lot of work before it’s helpful. We did have a fun argument about the results until we finally figured out CoupleGrow gave results for answers we DIDN'T choose!

I had downloaded CoupleGrow, to try it out. During the trial period, it was not compatible with my significant other, therefore I had no use for CoupleGrow . I had cancelled it during the trial period, as did my significant other did on his phone. He was never charged for cancellation. I however, have had issues with CoupleGrow continuously trying to charge me for the yearly subscription, I have contacted the developer several times and asked them to delete the subscription I cancelled during trial period, and yet I have received NO response and they CONTINUALLY keep attempting to charge my card. I even deleted the account tied to the card . Be very cautious if you download CoupleGrow and do not give any payment information if you are not 100% sure you are happy with CoupleGrow and are going to be able to utilize it

I love the idea of CoupleGrow . I also enjoy the clean UI, and the content is thoughtful. However, 99.9% of it is locked behind paying for premium. While I am more than willing to subscribe to a good app, they almost force you to enter their trial to experience any of it.

If they offered more content for free, it could give me, and perhaps other users, a better look into what CoupleGrow provides.

My phone broke and I had no access to my Apple subscriptions or apps. I could not cancel my trial until a few hours after it expired and $75 was taken out of my bank account. I messaged their support email multiple times over 3 days and received no response. I also submitted feedback through CoupleGrow multiple times and still received no response or refund.

CoupleGrow says you can basically get 2 for the price of one. Meaning you both get to use CoupleGrow for one price. I paid, my bf paid.
So they scammed us. I emailed them about this and never got a response.
They also unpaired me with my partner and I and have yet to receive a response for that either. Don’t waste your money.

My partner and I loved the idea of CoupleGrow, and we went crazy with answering as many questions as we could for a few days. But then we hit a wall, our apps wouldn’t load and now two months later we still can’t get in! Total rip off!

i liked it at first and was okay with the fact that you can only have a few questions a day until it told me to pay to see my partners answers ON THE FREE ONE. and then it proceeded to extend my time another 24 hours after i waited 24 hours. honestly there are better apps out here with the same concept.

Originally CoupleGrow was really fun for me and my girlfriend to talk about and answer questions together. However, you only get one free activity a day (which is fine for the most part, not a big deal).

The problem is that you can't see half of each other's answers without paying for a subscription. It asks you 10 questions each about yourself and each other, and you can only see 4 of the responses.

It's really annoying that we have to try to remember how we answered each question to share and discuss with each other. I don't really feel like spending money just to be able to use the basic functions of CoupleGrow , so we're trying to find a new one.

Signed up for the free trial version of CoupleGrow as my partner and I are seriously searching for something that can be a positive addition to our relationship where we’re able to be encouraged to learn more about one another and such . Well I can clearly see In my iTunes subscriptions that I am on the hook for their Premium sub but when I try to check out the premium content I am automatically prompted to their purchasing page suggesting I sign up for their monthly premium subscription. I tried to restore my purchase which it then pops up that I do not have any purchased content tied to my account on beloved. So I do their suggested message customer service … I send them what’s going on in a message and include a photo showing my iTunes account showing I’m signed up for the subscription and it’s been 3 days and counting and I’ve heard nothing back and my trial is due to expire on sep 27th: looks like I just get a wasted free trial . Lame . Deleting app

It keeps logging me out and then when I log back in it wants me to make a whole new profile. I paid for a year subscription when I first signed up and when it tries to get me to make a new profile, it wants me to pay again. I can’t figure out how to get a hold of customer service, if they even have something like that, to help me fix it.

Me and my partner loved CoupleGrow. We even bought a yearly subscription. After not using it for a few months we decided to come back to it, however when we tried to log in it seems that both of our accounts have been deleted. This feels very scammy. The yearly subscription wasn’t cheap, and now all of that money is down the drain. I would highly recommend taking this into consideration if you are thinking about buying premium.

Can’t read the reviews for some reason so I don’t know if this is free or not. Once in you do the basic set up, but unless you have your partner join, you can’t tell if there is some kind of payment/subscription. I don’t want to bother asking my partner to download CoupleGrow if it’s gonna cost us.

CoupleGrow is great in theory but I have sat with my partner multiple times now trying to understand the quiz answers. The layout and how they show you which answer was correctly guessed for each partner is beyond confusing. So confusing that I can’t even really explain how it works because I have no clue and neither does my partner - and he’s a data analyst???? I’ve compared answers with my partner and what it says is wrong vs. right isn’t what our actual answers have been? Beyond frustrating just trying to wrap my head around it. Absolutely will not be paying $50 for an app that over complicated something as simple as seeing each others quiz answers.

Was loving CoupleGrow so far with my partner but our trial isn’t even up yet and CoupleGrow won’t let me sign in. I’ve deleted and redownloaded but it wont work, not sure how to trouble shoot but if I can’t get it to work by the end of the day I’m ending my subscription and finding something else

App was wonderful it help a lot but after a month it just stopped working it won’t load anything even after the update

It’s fun over all and me and my boyfriend were enjoying it but,(around 10 quizzes completed) It says I can only answer a limited amount of questions a day so me and my partner can “better discuss what we learned”. I paid $20 and it’s limiting my ability to take the $20 quizzes. I’m confused, can that please be changed? I wouldn’t have paid knowing I would then be limited.

I have reached out 3 times now about the notifications not working for myself or my husband and have not gotten a response. We have checked CoupleGrow and our phone settings, restarting our phones etc. Nothing has worked.
CoupleGrow seems helpful, but because notifications aren’t being sent, I have to remember to remind my husband to look at it, which is not an easy task with very busy schedules and kids.

Me and my partner are both college students who downloaded CoupleGrow to keep our long distance relationship kindled, but 50 dollars just to use CoupleGrow is ridiculous. Yes you get the free content but you can’t even see all you and your partners answers. Either fix this to where you can at least actually view the free content or make this like $10 a month or something more affordable.

The concept overall is a great idea, and actually very beneficial to couples. It helps me and my partner see how much our values a line or don’t however, there are lots of grammatical errors. As if it wasn’t looked over and rushed. It needs to be more detailed. There are also some features i find annoying. For example, when you want to read your partners answers it gives a too fast preview and slow walk of it. So you have to wait 10 seconds before reading. It’s one of those obnoxious features that is unnecessary. I wish it offered more games and wasn’t confusing. Otherwise i do like it.

You have to pay to reveal 3/5 of the answers from the little quizzes that you and your partner complete so you don’t get a full break down unless you purchase premium. Overall it doesn’t seem like a bad app and I’m sure that the premium subscription does allow for some deeper conversations, but you could also find more free content like this online. This may be better geared towards people in a longer distance relationship who can’t discuss the topics in person? Just my two cents.

It’s a fun app for my husband and I, but big issue is when you subscribe for two users only one has the premium… I thought we would both be premium since it states for 2 Users…

Weaving a true relationship together takes work.

I recently got CoupleGrow with my girlfriend and it was really fun at first, she had found it and I thought it would be a great way for us to connect though questions and fun games. It’s just the things that can actually make CoupleGrow fun is everything under premium…if it was a $5 one time payment then it would be amazing! And I would recommend that. Because people want to look for a good app that’s worth the price. The lower the price the more people will buy. But $30 for two people yearly is just crazy. No one wants to buy something for an app that’s that expensive and it’s just games and little fun things for couples. I would definitely recommend CoupleGrow, but definitely needs some improvements! While we have enjoyed CoupleGrow I don’t feel it’s worth $70 yr so I wanted to check other options and while they have the options of different pricing it doesn’t tell you what each one includes

CoupleGrow is fun for everyday games and questions with my boyfriend, but most of the games require purchase of $50 something dollars a year.

I like CoupleGrow and it does give ideas for conversations and helps with some difficult topics. I believe it’s too expensive for what it is and both people shouldn’t have to pay the $40.
Also, the questions could have several more ready made responses. One of the questions asked about free time and I prefer to spend my free time in the garage working on a vehicle or projects, but that wasn’t an option.. so I was stuck answering “glued to the tv”..

I got it and it makes us SUPER aware of our relationship. All aspects. We did tell one another no judgement at all on answers or this won’t work. Y’all CoupleGrow is modern therapy. I’m serious 💕 I fell in love again and again like when we started dating but after 10 years and marriage!

I can't thank CoupleGrow enough. It's like a therapist in your pocket. We've had some tough times, but CoupleGrow helped us navigate through them. Every couple should give it a try!

CoupleGrow while not the deepest with some of the questions and categories it provokes conversation and offers some perspective on your partner. It’s my belief that you should expound on what information it uncovers with your partner. I think the fact your partner has to be involved to even use CoupleGrow was genius.

Wow! I just thought it would be a couple fun games for couples..cute, right? I am learning SOOOO MUCH about my partner, and actually having deep conversations about how we feel about certain topics. It’s making us closer…making us understand each other…and even setting some of our healthy boundaries!! I LOVE CoupleGrow!!! So worth the money!! I can DEFINITELY see how it could help couples that are “in trouble”, as well! Just TRY IT!! U won’t regret it.
