So Slow It Is Unusable

The title says it all. This app is so slow at everything it does it is unusable. I try to type a search and it takes 5 seconds to see the text I type. And everything about the app is this slow.

On the app I purchase the premium; over and over again it tells me that I don’t have it when I click restore purchase it says success your purchase has been restored. But it is not giving me any premium features
App does work the way it’s advertised

I followed all the instructions and pay for it. It didn’t work, no one responds to the customer service emails. I usually don’t review products but this is the worst. No help, app doesn’t work. Complete waste of money, time and full of stress. I would rate it a “0” if it was an option
