Poor customer service

I downloaded the app and paid for the premium. Big mistake. I should have waited before upgrading. I have tried to manually type in the streaming address for the EPG as well as copy and pasting. The app just sits, with a spinning wheel like it’s working on it, and after a few minutes, the app closes. I’ve tried numerous times to contact customer service, but have never gotten a response. I downloaded another app and it worked flawlessly from day one.
Premium no working

I bought the premium version … it is always showing the message to buy it. The features were not enabled, there is no help section or contact section in the app
Didn’t upgrade

I upgraded from the free version to the $7.99 version but nothing has changed, the app still asks me to upgrade. Is there something I need to do? I’ll give it one star until I can figure this out.
