The new version of pizap is a disaster. sometimes the crash is really excessive, you are kidding us.. the old version was better.. you should restore the old version

I am at the end of putting up PIZAP. The program stalls, won't respond, the program takes forever to do basic editing things. I think IO am better off finding something else. How do I ensure that my subscription is not renewed again? Or can I cancel and get the unused portion of my subscription refunded? The program is not fit for purpose. Regards Rob

I also sent email from Zen Desk.. I use the PIZAP website on my PC and for 2 days now I haven't been able to do any work on any of my projects or create new ones. The page won't load any type of templates or photos, it just keeps spinning .

I pay for the use of piZap for the entire year, not just sporadically when it decides to load. SO many times I just get blank screen when I try to launch the program.

I just purchased the pro version, but almost every time I add a pic or try to add text, it crashes and is just a black screen. Is there a way to download the program so it's not web-based and is more reliable?
