I’d heed the more critical reviews on here. It’s a great idea for an app and I started off with a lot of opportunities. It’s got a really simple and clean interface and they’ll approve your videos for compensations within a matter of minutes which is nice. Besides a pretty slow upload time, it was still alright and easy change money that was adding up. I started getting frequent “New Survey” notifications, which I was liking, but the screen is *almost always* blank when I click on it. Maybe the surveys had reached their limit, but the notification will stay there unlike a video response notification that will go away once the opportunity is filled/done. Usually they’ll pop up, but it’s after clicking back and forth and waiting several times. Other times, it never shows up.

Recently, it’s also been logging me out almost every time I close out of the app, so I’ve stopped getting alerts all together, which makes it pretty hard to record a response before the limits reached for that Q.

I’ve reached out to customer service three times, just letting them know of these small bugs for future updates as I really did like the app! Never got a response, and the issues are just more frequent.

For starters the questions were towards african american hair. They’re mainly set on how we care for our hair along with the products. Now i answered the questions fully to the max! I even lied on a few because they’re not even towards my hair type which made no sense as we took a survey on what hair types we had. There were a good 10 questions being a 1$ for each one! The rating scores for all were about 70 nothing less than 75! They of course declined my responses and then when i emailed to figure out why they said that my question wasn’t matching with the question which makes no sense seeing as not ever African American person uses the same hair care products our routine seeing as there are different types of curly hair etc! Which made no sense so i told them that it being declined made no sense as we all don’t share the same hair care routine. The very next day i go to look for some surveys boom im signed out i try to sign in boom i can’t so i’m thinking oh it’s the password let’s reset it i’ve gotten no email about resetting my password what the heck!

I have been on this app for only a week, at first everything was fine, the surveys were easy and I got paid over 10 dollars (the minimum to cash out) in the span of a few days. It seemed to good to be true but I was able to cash out the money successfully. Now that I knew it wasn’t a scam I tried to do surveys anytime I could, I’d stay up later or wake up earlier to check if I had a survey since I knew they were sort of inconsistent. Some days I got a lot of surveys and now my balance is 23 dollars. A few days ago I tried to cash out and It was taking a lot longer than usual, the first time I cashed out it only took 45 minutes to go through but this time It never did. I’ve emailed and contacted support through the app and haven’t gotten a response. This worries me because I treated this app like a side job. Although it is easy, I spent alot of time doing surveys and I did a lot of them. I would appreciate a response or an explanation, I am not sure if my paypal is the problem because it worked the first time but I’m awfully confused.
