CBS 58 Ready Weather Reviews

Gone is the everything-at-a-glance weather information. Now you have to scroll/hunt to find it, as the station is more excited to cross-promote with its news end. We get dumb useless video of smiley anchors, ads, ads, and more ads upon opening CBS58ReadyWeather - no map, no weather info AT ALL until you scroll. Then you have to tap to enlarge and see more of what you used to see right away, which is what you need to see right away. Background gets in the way of everything as it bleeds through the information. There’s just way too much nonsense messing up what used to be the best, fastest, most functional weather app ever. Now it’s messy and confusing. Please allow us to revert back to the previous better version, or fix this useless one!

This used to be my favorite weather site.. whatever you did, my video forecasts no longer work.. probably search for a new weather source now.. really wish you'd fix it so it would work again.. :(

I had CBS58ReadyWeather on my phone for months and actually loved it. But on CBS58ReadyWeather it stated that it was going to rain and the temperature was going to be 73 degrees. So I tuned into there news channel and it said its 63 degrees and NO rain. Well someone should upgrade CBS58ReadyWeather , my kids would've been cold in shorts and no jacket from listening to CBS58ReadyWeather. I deleted it ASAP and now using Fox6.

New revision not half as good as the old the one. The “geeks” need to stop imposing their idea of “cool”. Keep it simple and clean - stop over-thinking it - it has become too cumbersome to use. I’ll find a new WX app.

Read the review of the latest CBS 58 Weather update written by Zildjiancat. They nailed it! Not thrilled at all to open CBS58ReadyWeather and seeing the “smiley anchors” instead of the radar.

The ads are annoying and take up space. I’m using other weather apps now because of your insistence on advertising.

Map is smooshed so they could put a banner across the top. It doesn't look right in perspective. Also today is Sunday evening and the most recent forecast video is Saturday's. The whole thing just doesn't look as nice as it used to.

Had CBS58ReadyWeather for the last 6 years and it worked wonderful. Now, for the past week, nothing but the top screen. Nothing works. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I used to rely on CBS58ReadyWeather but now, not at all.

It was better before the recent update. Now I open CBS58ReadyWeather and they just want to promote a weather video. Sometimes it doesn’t even display the current conditions.

I like CBS58ReadyWeather when it works. Every once in awhile when I try to open CBS58ReadyWeather on my iPhone X the only thing that appears is the main screen logo. It won’t load. I have to delete CBS58ReadyWeather and reinstall it. I’m giving it one more chance. If it does it again I’m done and going to another local channel weather app

I liked the previous version with no ads that played before the webcast. Please remove the ads before the weather webcast.

I like how it shows what has already happens, and what will happen, but they need to app a what’s happening now. on other weather apps or on news they show what’s happening now! pls add!

Love CBS58ReadyWeather. Reliable, easy to use, provides weather alerts--so glad I downloaded it. Highly recommend it. It's so good they should charge for it! 🤗☔️☀️☃️
