On the night between the 09.04 2024 and 10.04.2024 we were charging car at Cesena, Via Anna Frank. At around 6.00am I stopped the charge from the phone and went back to car to remove car but charge socket plug from your end was stuck....and we contacted the help support and socket was released but we were charged a hefty 49.40euros for just 2 hours of charge ...which needs to be reimbursed...by the way we have not received yet one single reimbursement. Having charged the car from the 29.03.2024 daily to this day!!! kind action as this does not encourage electric change of lifestyle. thank you
