I’ve spoken with many lifelong Blues fans who no longer attend games because of the deafening sound levels set inside the venue (…presumably to support fan excitement and the live experience?)… When you strain to even hear your spouse or friend sitting next to you, it’s time for the Blues front office to revisit the issue of volume levels during stoppage of play. The product is on the ice, not through the audio system.
I had an issue entering the arena on Sunday March 16.

Why the change?

After years of dedication to this team I must say this is quite the disappointment. The Blues app was by no means perfect, but it worked and it helped me while I was in the military to keep up with games that I couldn't go to or see on tv.
With that in mind, this latest update is a joke. I'm forced to download and use the NHL app. The Blues app does not function at all, it has no purpose but to force you to get the NHL app. The NHL app is free, but certain things are behind a paywall, gone are all the things that we came to love in in our Blues app for free, now your functionality is based on a subscription.
Keeping or downloading this app is a waste of time and space.

They only care about your money. But wait, the App is free. Exactly, but if you don't upgrade, you get very little. You get bounced back and forth from the Blues App, to the NHL App. That's right. You have to download the NHL App for the Blues App to function. That is for the Blues App to function badly.
During the '16 preseason I tried to just look at the schedule. It showed home games as away, and yes, away games as home. You couldn't tell when preseason ended and the regular season started, unless of course you already knew the Blues opened on the road against the Black Hawks. LOL. Isn't that what a schedule is for?
Bring back the "old" App, and trash this junk please!

Worthless app. Please fire the idiot who came up with this idea. I'm sure everything can be sent to one site, but really, that's not a great idea. Placing everything in one site makes it hard to navigate to what you want to access. Furthermore, FYI, the NHL site is not that good of a site.
These types of changes that reduce the fan experience, are sucking the fun out of hockey.
As we all know, hockey has a relatively small fan base compared to other major sports. You would think that the league and teams would wish to expand footprints instead of consolidating and reducing hockey exposure to the masses. Stupidity still amazes me!
