I deleted the game cause I realized that there were no more updates for this title. I did purchase the cap on characters and I'm glad that we are still able to access them regardless. I really hope to see more from this because it still holds up as well as it did when it first released. Fun title. Love it!!

It’s a fighter for mobile. The controls are mostly okay but special moves, especially longer ones, feel useless as countering is impossible and needing to counter at the ready is a MUST. Even then, countering feels sluggish because you simply just hit them once, then maybe they try again. Special move and counter cancels seem to not exist, and adding those would benefit higher leveled players

I can’t hear anything anymore when I’m using ComboCrew I can’t play it with no sound

I put so much time into this game back in the day simply because of how much of a blast it was (especially with all of the capcom fighters).

After remembering about this game recently I was excited to download it again, although to my dismay my whole save file is lost and to my knowledge there’s no way of getting it back.

I literally had all the fighters (including capcom), all the costumes and all the combos unlocked. I have no interest in trying to earn all that back especially knowing now that the capcom fighters are gone.

It was fun Combo Crew, it really was.

Why did they remove capcom characters! They were My FAVORITE. Combo Crew deserves A 1!

Happy to see the game back but I can't help but ask what happened to the other characters...was the update jisy to remove characters...ylu definitely should add some new ones not remove them...

I had this game before they did this current update and now I don't have my characters 😒

Make we can use all the combos at once and make some buttons

This game has a quick, easy, and fun approach to the fighting genre! Plus, an interesting character roster (especially Lester!) but the combos are another thing. The combos are fast, and satisfying, but when you have found a combo set that compliments the way you play the game, it can be hard to try out any of he other combos that you unlock, especially when the combos are just different parts of other combos strung together. Still, this little bump doesn't really impede on an already satisfying game! Very well done.

This game is really fun and super addicting. I was skeptical because I don't like all touch/gesture based controls but they definitely did something right. 2 bucks well spent, hopefully we will get some updates with some add on features, shoot this is a rare gem in itself because there's no iap, but so everyone knows, if there was I'd probably use it. I would like to see the option to invite friends via Facebook, you can add your fb account but when you click to invite friends you only get an email option, and honestly in this day and age who knows their friends email? It's like asking me to tell someone someone's phone number without looking in the contacts section of my phone.

Please work on the fighting mechanics! Maybe add a layout for a controller over the screen for players who prefer a controller instead of swiping. It's hard to switch from opponent to opponent when you have big hands - you try to move to another character to hit to avoid getting punched, but when all the opponents are scattered on the screen and you have two or more opponents trying to hit you it's chaos moving out of the way. Maybe for players that want to keep the swipe add a layout over the screen with a dedicated roll or dodge button, that would fix this issue. Maybe even add the option to turn the dodge or roll button on or off in swipe mode. Other than that it's a great game, for a touch screen game you guys did great. Please fix that issue, it will make a world of a difference.

With such an inventive control system tailored to iOS devices, The Game Bakers have revolutionized the beat 'em up genre that raises the standard for any & every button-mashing game in ComboCrew Store's past, present & future.
As some other reviewers have speculated & suggested which characters might or should be included in an update, I can easily see The Game Bakers creating separate solid iOS games for commercially successful franchises such as TMNT, which hasn't yet made a decent iOS game.
Either way, whether The Game Bakers continue to surprise us with their updates for Combo Crew or with all-new games, I'm excited @ what they might do next!

Holy cow this game is awsome! I've been looking for a fighting game I can pull out and play on the go and I just found it! The controls are simple and intuitive and the cell shaded graphics are beautiful in their simplicity. My only thoughts on what to add (and I'm sure others have probably asked for this ) A multiplayer vs. mode where players can fight each other instead of just the generic grunts and the one boss. Put that in and you've got an absolutely perfect game. Can't wait to see what new characters are coming in the future. Keep up the good work!

This game is great and fun to play. The gameplay is smooth and the combos and overall game is well done... But the only thing that really bothers me is how you can ONLY get other video game characters by in app purchase. So I would really like if you would make them purchasable through some way like a really high in game currency amount or maybe by an achievement to reward the really good players, because I think that some people are really missing out on playing this just because they cant play as any of the special players without buying them. Please consider this and keep up the good work.

I bought Chun-li and she remained locked. Until that gets fixed you only get 1 star.

Update: After clicking on restore purchases, Chun-Li was unlocked. The game is actually fun once I figure out how to do the special moves and combos. Too bad the characters look boxy instead of the picture of the fighter selection. If the characters weren't as boxy, the game would be more awesome.

Update: remove the world ranking; it's obsolete because it's infested by hackers. A score of 1,000,000 for one level...really? 😒😒
