Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PhotoPhix app issues:

Force Stop the PhotoPhix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PhotoPhix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PhotoPhix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PhotoPhix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PhotoPhix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PhotoPhix.
