For last two months there’s problem with downloading . I’ve to delete BritishVogue then download. I’ve been using for few years. It never happened before. And have to download again pervious ones too. It’s such inconvenience.

I have been reading Vogue (USA) since 1975 , British Vogue since the 80’s. British Vogue is my window on the fashion/beauty/art world that is always evolving and inspiring.
This publication is provocative and a joy to read.

For the past 3/4 months digital will not download. I’ve been in touch with the subscription department many times and they give me the same instructions over and over. The first year worked perfectly and would deserve 5 stars. However once the viewing format was changed, shortly after, digital download issues began.
Until this is solved, digital is not worth the waste of money....just purchase the paper magazine.

I enjoy every cover, each is better than the last....bravo!! Edward Enninful, your eye, heart and soul comes across in every issue. Love, Love the diversity of each and every issue since EE has become the new Editor. This whole work of art and passion has warmed my heart and makes me smile...keep it up! I love the forces for change Vogue! I must admit my interest was piqued because Duchess Meghan is guess editing. I think the magazine captured the essence of great women and the work they do. Hands down it’s the best. It satisfied my fashion fix and soul.

All your pages, not just the occasional one, need to expand, so it makes reading the text easier. Other than that, it’s a good mag.

Magazine would be a 5 but I can’t download Jan 2022 issue resulting in losing 2* due to frustration.

Hate the new format which forces you to read the magazine up and down. Detest!
Would have given zero stars. Unless they reformat or give readers options, I will not buy another issue.

Love the ability to enlarge the font. Don’t love the fact I have to download the new issue every time I want to read it.

Updated the iOS on my phone and now having trouble with the BritishVogue . The problem that I’m having with BritishVogue is going back to the previous issue like September issue and now I’m stuck with The current issue. I’m not satisfied

I used to love getting my digital British Vogue every month, but since updating BritishVogue , no issues appear available for download any longer. There is no explanation for this other than a pop up that says "an unknown error has occurred with the library".

When I press the "App Support" button on the review page, it just takes me to the website for the magazine with no way to report or troubleshoot any problems. Even after deleting BritishVogue and re-downloading it numerous times, the same "error" occurs.

It's a serious pity that BritishVogue has become totally USELESS just after renewing my two-year subscription. Rest assured they promptly charged me for the renewal fee without any problems, however. Either fix BritishVogue or furnish a full refund, please. I haven't been able to access any issues since about June and am close to switching to a competing magazine.

I can only see one issue of the magazine despite having a one year subscription!! My account is also not recognized so I cannot manage my account... BritishVogue is really of no use.

An amazing way to read British Vogue. More in love than ever...

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, nothing works. Conde Nast doesn't recognize my account. Can't log in. Can I get a refund?

Until I am able to restore my past purchases, I won't be renewing my subscription. I have spoken to 2 separate individuals at Apple, who had me reinstall BritishVogue , which didn't fix the issue. I have sent 3 emails trying to get to BritishVogue developer, which hasn't been successful. I won't be renewing until this issue is fixed.

Subscribed via iTunes got confirmation email from apple and purchase appears on invoice and in Subscriptions section of iTunes but no download option when opting to restore subscription error message 'restore failed' - will revise when issue is resolved

Purchased June issue, was billed but I was never able to download. As in previous comments tried to download again but was promted to purchase the same issue again! Please credit me for the issue.

Where's the July issue of Vogue UK? I can't stand stand to read the one with Alexa Chung anymore. I want the one with Vanessa Paradis!!!! C'mon guys! It's 2011 already. Let's update BritishVogue and make the July issue available for buying and download, please. Vogue Japan is brilliant at it, how come Vogue UK isn't? Does not make any sense!!!!!

Would love the ability to resize the screen. You can't so sometimes it is difficult to read the small print or get a good view of the small images. I prefer zinio where you can resize....

I’m happy the same issue that Panama Swag is having.

After being charged for a current issue (June 2011) and downloading it, I cannot open it on my iPad. It just wants me to "buy" the issue again. Please fix it.
