I’ve been trying for days to get the website and MaverikRewards to work in my new MacBook and iPhone 12. Both have latest operating systems.
Despite already having an account, and changing password the only ones who can access the account is Maverik customer support. They told me Safari won’t work, I have to use Google Chrome. Still no success. Chrome doesn’t solve to inability to log in using MaverikRewards . My case is now in the hands of the developers for both MaverikRewards and website. If I ever get in, I’ll update this review. But hopes are not high.

Unable to sign up… can’t get past the login screen. I’m in Nevada, but I keep getting an error that says Available to US Residents Only.

So the new update is crap. I have been logged out of MaverikRewards . And it wants me to update my info all over with them every time I try to log in. Weird. Then today I caught this apps icon bouncing around onto other apps with in my phone with a down load bar. Like it was stealing other info off those apps. I deleted it off my phone then it continued to try to steal info off other apps. I had to shut down my phone and restart it. Then I updated my phones firmware. I hope this fixed it but I won’t be downloading it again.

Literally the only thing MaverikRewards is good for is for scanning your Adventure card barcode, or whatever its called, which really you dont even need to since you can punch in your phone number. Ever since the big update (which also was late) back in like September or whatever, nothing works. The points displayed arent accurate anymore, the punches on your punch card arent accurate, Ive given up on playing the "redeem your points" game because thats useless now, and it has shown a free drink punch card full for like a month now, but I redeemed it a month ago. Literally the only reason I use this still is its marginally faster to scan my barcode on here than to type in my phone number.

I just downloaded MaverikRewards when I received my Chrome Maverick Card this morning. I have been attempting to activate my new card and every time I select the option to activate my new card, it crashes. I have done this at least 15 times now and it continues to do the same thing over and over. And any other option I select to do, it does the same thing. MaverikRewards has the potential to be so convenient and helpful but it won't even work from the "get-go" when you are attempting to sign on. I am so happy that MaverikRewards did not cost me any money because if it did, it would be a complete waste and rip-off. If you are looking to download MaverikRewards, do not do so until they fix it completely. Until that is done, it is just another useless App sitting on your screen.

This thing isn’t updated nearly as often as it should be for how big Maverik is. The website isn’t a whole lot better. I personally haven’t been able to get logged in, I’ll take that as me having made some mistake in the sign up process, but the that aside two things that bother me. 1. MaverikRewards almost looks and functions more like a webpage than app and 2. MaverikRewards isn’t even fitted to the screen properly, which would be a basic update I’d think if you plan on having an app with Apple. I have the iPhone XR, the last update from the time of this review was 4 months ago, and the XR has been out a good while longer than that so they should’ve figured out how to fit it to the screen by now. I hope Maverik will stop wasting their time and money, fire their current iOS developers and hire someone competent.

Purchases don’t show on punch card so why use it?

MaverikRewards isn't registering my punches for things like burritos. Also, not able to use any of my points. I have asked several times about punches and points. They only seem to try to address the punches but won't ever acknowledge that I can't spend the points. After specifically asking several times "why can't I use my points", absolutely no response. I get a "we show the punches are there". "Nope still no punches" and I ask "what about the points?" "We show the punches are being registered." I'll take my business elsewhere.

So app says update required, but App Store says open. Not update? I tried deleting and reinstalling and still not working..

MaverikRewards is always broken always needs an update I was supposed to get a free soda instead I got $.20 off. before that it just erased my purchases I had to start over after earning a free soda.

I agree with others, seems very outdated as it’s not only MaverikRewards , but the website as all. I’ve been trying to sign up so I can become a member, however when I hit “submit” it doesn’t even do anything. So I can’t even get past the login page!

I can’t sign in. Maverick, please fix this problem. The comments say that many people are experiencing this problem.

MaverikRewards was great for the first couple of months I had it. Recently, it wouldn’t update my points for weeks. I finally logged in and out a few times and they updated but when I try to spend them MaverikRewards can’t complete the process. As far as free drinks go, it always showed that I have 3 punches. I have had to rely on the people who work at the store to inform me when I have earned a free drink. Yesterday it finally showed I had a free drink but the drink I purchased (I didn’t redeem the free one yet) doesn’t show on the punch card.

Seems like the last update broke the location function. It was nice to look up a store based on where I was but that function quit working. The rest of MaverikRewards is good.

It would be great if they would develop an iPad version for MaverikRewards. App center shows two versions for iPhone, stating one is no longer available/authorized and to down load the Maverik version. when you look for the Maverik app for iPad, it only shows the one no longer authorized, but is available for download. So am I to assume then that the version no longer approved for iPhone is approved for iPad?

I like the recent changes with redemptions. Needs more work with crashing during certain functions such as looking at purchase histories or updating info. Have trouble redeeming rewards at stores I’ve cashed in, and rewards sometimes lack critical details such as: It says bonfire hoagie but the ones around here don’t make hoagies anymore but those newer sandwiches. And unless it’s part of my trouble using them it excludes the bonfire wraps.

I love maverik and getting my receipts in MaverikRewards so I never have to print them!

Love MaverikRewards ! Super nice to see what offers are available each day. Easy to use!

MaverikRewards has been super easy to use. Signing in with my existing account was really easy. I also like being able to track my fuel purchases!

I have tried to register my card to MaverikRewards for several months now and it fails every time. Ohh well.

The punch cards always show zero, no matter how many you buy. Especially for the cold/hot drinks.

Tried to sign up. Keep getting error message stating invalid month when trying to enter birthday. Tried all 12 months still get invalid month. Tried reversing month day still invalid month. Tried putting year the month then day still comes up invalid month. Guess won’t be using app.

Having a Nitro Card or not, it will not allow me to create an account. Requires me to contact customer support. What a joke. Definately expected better from Maverik.

App will not allow me to redeem points. It requires you to click on one point at a time and still doesn’t work.

Terrible, terrible programming.

And I don’t care how much I save with MaverikRewards as long as you collect my data I will not use your product! If you collect my data you probably sell my data and you will make back five times over the five cents or six cents a gallon I save on fuel.

As soon as this review has been sent and received I will delete MaverikRewards …

I’ve had a card for years. Whenever I try to make an account on MaverikRewards it doesn’t let me. It just says that I can’t. I’ve tried on lots of different phones and over a course of several months and the only thing that happens is a message appears that says my request cannot be completaré at the time and that I need to try a different time. App is garbage.

MaverikRewards works great, it was easy to set up my card and using the trail points to get free food is really simple.
