Not working since ios 14 update

this is a pathetic company! I couldn't solve a simple issue in the chat! I was constantly transferred between chats, and I spent 6 hours on it and still didn't solve the problem! and I just needed to pay off the loan

This application is a not only a joke, it’s pointless. Return to the old version.

Ads, ads, ads…

Not English friendly at all whatsoever. Customer service can’t even help. Quite sad honestly

Not only the 2/3 of MójOrange ’s screen is taken by ads, Orange has now added super-hiper annoying pop-ups!!! What a way to p.o. your customers, fear Orange!

Since couple of months it is impossible for me to log in into MójOrange . I'm stuck in the loop of login screen and "please give us a minute"

Changing the language is very difficult to find unless you read polish and if you switch to English, some selections are still in polish. Also, it shows I have PLN/złoty on my account but won’t allow me to use it so that money will go to waste. Orange is a great SIM card and works well but MójOrange and even the website are terrible. I went to the authorized orange seller for assistance and he couldn’t even get it to work and he’s fluent in polish.

I have a contract for Orange Love which combines fiber and mobile services. Why does MójOrange display it as two separate accounts? Deeply confusing.
More generally, go hire a few talented UX designers to sort out MójOrange .

After update i can not log in to MójOrange . Can not type anything into user and password box. Face recognition doesn't work either

The title says it all. If you change the language to English for example only the interface language is changed while the content is still in PL. there is often trouble making payments or top ups

Experiencing crashes, outdated data, poor navigation throughout adds to get relevant information

MójOrange is really good specially, for someone who doesn’t know the Polish language.
However, MójOrange still has some issues, specially when you are using MójOrange in English language and some functions/texts still appear in Polish language which make it difficult for someone who doesn’t know the language.

More in depth translation for English would be nice.

Overall a good app with a nice interface.

I have one issue with the keyboard being constantly on when you want to fill out your contact information (e.g. add a corresponding address). The keyboard seem to be covering the next lines and I can’t simply scroll down because it’s hidden behind the keyboard which is impossible to hide.

One would think apple did a better job with their keyboard. Fake news.

Nice app. However, company is not so great.

The old app was great, but this one isn't even possible to login. Won't accept old credentials and can't register as a new user either.
