Difficult to use

Changing the language is very difficult to find unless you read polish and if you switch to English, some selections are still in polish. Also, it shows I have PLN/złoty on my account but won’t allow me to use it so that money will go to waste. Orange is a great SIM card and works well but the app and even the website are terrible. I went to the authorized orange seller for assistance and he couldn’t even get it to work and he’s fluent in polish.

this is a pathetic company! I couldn't solve a simple issue in the chat! I was constantly transferred between chats, and I spent 6 hours on it and still didn't solve the problem! and I just needed to pay off the loan
