I thought you guys were going to be different i started out winning like crazy the slots were paying out free spins after free spins. And then all of a sudden nothing. not a free spin in sight. I went from 60 million coins down to 5 or 6 in a matter of hours.
i spent 10 bucks on the VIP upgrade i saw no change. Vegas World has turn out just like all the rest of the casino games. All they want is your money. Hey i don’t mind spending some money but come on, this is a computer game this is not a las vegas casino. games should be fun not stress you out as you keep spending money running up the credit card. Maybe one day a casino game will come to the app store,a game thats main focus is not taking our money.

The game is fun and addicting. However, it has no way to pause or save if you are in the middle of a game. As such, if you exit out to take a call or do anything, your bet is lost. Sometimes they will refund it automatically, other times they won’t. When they don’t, you’re just out that bet. Since it’s not actual money at stake, there is no reason they shouldn’t let you pause or save. Tech support is rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. Flipping me the bird and saying nothing else would have been better.

Vegas world never accepts the blame that their servers are terrible. I have lost many gems and I have waited 10 or 15 minutes for a party and then gotten booted and cannot get back in. so many people seem to have the same complaints. Either you get frozen or you get booted.
When you contact VW, they never accept the blame on their end and always put it on my end. when I contacted them the last time, they told me to remove the old app and download the new version I did that and it is worse than ever now.
