Have used IPAD version for 267 days, game froze -s o I deleted app and reinstalled - i have done this previous with no problem. However this time the screen opened with "update" - it then loaded a brand new game with tutorial. I thought perhaps the tutorial was just in regard to the update, so I started the tutorial - this lead tome assigning a nickname for the new game. Unable to restore original version. I have no idea what the game nickname from the previous version was. I have the 9 digit user id 161******* I have read "help" instructions but none of this seems to work. I do not to my knowledge gave an IPAD Apple game center ( I do not have a cell phone) and I do not know how to retrieve my game with progress as of 3-14-24- in which I have invested over $ 700 - I am not happy. What to do next?
