How to fix LRO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LRO app on iPhone
Update LRO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LRO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LRO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LRO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LRO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LRO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LRO App
1. On android, goto Settings » LRO » click [Force Stop]

Update LRO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LRO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LRO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LRO.

Fix LRO unable to contact server/ LRO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LRO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LRO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LRO
