I have been trying for so long now to download any of the magazines that I have subscription too but there’s no support to contact if a person is unable to hear someone and your eyes are your ears!!!
I thought the new update would have fix the problem but still unable to receive any of the messages that I have paid for years now.😒#👀are my ears!

I loved this app Magazine in paper form but thought it would be easier to just receive it on my iPad instead, big mistake! This is the least user friendly app around. You can't find any of your previous issues bought, instead it's constantly pushing their other special editions of this app to buy. You can't get out of an endless loop of their special edition magazines to get back to the current edition. Whatever happened to the past editions I bought too? They're gone now. Just a disaster of an app.

I've used Victoria for years with problem but in the last couple months it has been crashing constantly making it impossible to read the magazine.

Submitted the above review, got a msg from them, only to find it it the EXACT msg they give everyone; insincere lip service. It is insulting to readers who want to continue & would have bought extra issues. Went back to paper issues.

I enjoy the digital version of this magazine and I am supposed to receive it until March 2021. I have not received the last two issues, and I have contacted Victoria support three times. The email is being returned to me as undelivered. I seem to recall having this problem last year.

There appears to be no support for this problem.

I’ve lost all my previous downloads, and I can’t access any of the issues I’ve purchased with my subscription. The email address associated with my account wasn’t recognized as a user, despite signing in to my iTunes account through Victoria .
....I want the old app back.

So, I’ve got Victoria and bought two magazines that were specials and then decided to get yearly subscription to read it. Ummmmm, next month it will expire and I haven’t read even one magazine because it wouldn’t download but instead it suggests for me to buy subscription again. NO thanks, I’ll spend my money and sanity somewhere else:((

DO NOT USE Victoria! The current “update” has caused me to lose any special editions that was purchased in 2019 to date. I have sent in requests, but the answer I get is that the publisher isn’t allowing special editions to be purchased in Victoria anymore and to contact the publisher about the problem. However, Victoria advertises the same editions. I feel very ripped off.

I am desperate to get my old special issues back into my Library. I even tried buying them again, and a window pops up to say “ you have already purchased this. Would you like to download it again for free? “ I click yes, and it defaults back to “ buy this issue.” I see many others are having this same problem. These are expensive purchases, and this app and Hoffman publishing needs to make this right.

I never rate apps, but when the window randomly came up asking if I wanted to rate this one, I took it as a sign. Victoria is absolute garbage! It freezes crashes approximately every five minutes. I should have just stayed with the paper subscription. 😔

I am pretty disappointed with app. I love this app magazine and thought it would be easier to have digital copies instead of flooding my home with the physical copies. My account was charged and before I could open the latest issue there was a message claiming that the issue wasn’t available; thinking it was a glitch I signed out of Victoria and signed back in to another message telling me the issue I paid for was unavailable. How is this possible with a 1-month subscription? Hopefully, I will hear from an HM Store representative soon and the problem will be resolved.

Your app doesn’t specify if the order is digital or hard copy, are orders thru Victoria digital only?

I purchased a one year subscription but am unable to access the content. I will be requesting a refund. Deeply frustrating and disappointing.

All purchased magazines have disappeared. Can’t restore. Useless. This is the second time this has happened. I made the same review a year ago. Clearly the technology still stinks. Developers, seriously??!

This is the worst app in trying to restore issues when Victoria thinks you are not a subscriber and you are an automatic renewal subscriber. I have been trying for 3 months to get the system to try and not make me pay for each issue.

This is exhausting!

Victoria is such a pain! I have read every article on how to log in if already a print subscriber, and am still not able to view my subscription...am deleting and just sticking with the print version...frustrating!

Since they “updated” this never works. Can’t get magazines I have paid for. This has been happening for months. Every time I make a change or sign out and back in I have to start all over sync doesn’t work I chose text mode and pdf always opens up. They need help love magazine but app is terrible. Bad customer service

Victoria is terrible. It is quirky. Want to store all my mags it’s just extra steps for everything.

Update!!! They will help you if you have issues of any kind. This is now just as great as ever! Thank you for such a lovely magazine.
