gliding range, and then shows you the safest-possible route as a

Even you reach the time limit on the free version, when test driving this app, it not only stops and makes you ask for more minutes, it hijacks your whole iPad, and like a Virus, ALL you other apps now freeze and require extending time on Every One! I even erased and rebooted the iPad - and there still ghost hijacks. The nearest airport vector looked promising, but not when Xavion is behaving like a virus! As a CFII I can’t afford that. User beware!!
Another update in response to the developer response: I am not talking about the monthly update I am talking about the charts (plates, vfr charts). Two months ago you had the ability to enter Seattle avionics login information in xavion to download these from Seattle avionics directly. It has now been removed without an explanation. Xavion is great once you configure and really get everything dialed in. The last time I looked a while ago it allowed us to use our existing Seattle Avionics login so we can download charts and plates. I already have a lifetime subscription from them. Where is this option now? EDIT: I see now, this was done with a very very vague description in 2.42 and sounds like an Apple product announcement: “New and improved! No logins required other than your Apple ID!” In other words, no way to use your existing subscription now you have to buy another one... It would be great to get some transparency about this change rather than sweeping it under the rug.
