Unable to open the app anymore - unreliable

Been using this app for more than 2 years. But off late, seeing a lot of issues with in the app.
1) the app Stopped updating the scores today morning. Only old cached news were available within the app. Couldn’t refresh.
2) I assumed that it’s coz of the new iOS 14 update and deleted the app. I thought reinstalling the app would resolve the app, surprisingly I cannot open the app anymore. Just stuck at 365 Scores logo.
3) even after submitting a feedback, no action was taken to fix the ads close button. Sometimes the ads that show are annoying because you can’t hit the cross button to close the ad. Such a bad design and layout of close button.
Sorry to say, ended up downloading OneFootball app.
Too many bugs and ads

When you open it, you have to scroll down so much to find today’s games, instead of it taking you straight there like it used to. And in the process of scrolling down, an ad will pop up which will take forever to close. After you close the ad, the page resets and you have to scroll down all over again.
The only reason why this app was popular at some point is because it was quicker to show you the scores than your browser. But now I can just google the score of my favorite games instead, without getting slapped by ads or scrolling down like an idiot.
This used to be the best scores app. But the developers somehow found a way to turn it into the worst one. Great job, geniuses!
Sounds aren’t working

In notifications. I have everything on. Twice this has happened and I have had to delete and reinstall to get it to work. Then it decides not to work.
Also when moving a game from following and alerts it gets deleted totally. I follow that league. Can it just return to the normal league list that I follow? Because I’m following the league. I have to go to all scores just to see that score.
Lastly. Can’t send email through app. Something about phone doesn’t allow it. Your device decent support composer sheet is the response.
