We seem to be having a problem here in the UK. getting Trains magazine reliably. We received the January 2023 special edition on EBT. However we have not received a regular January edition. We presume there was one. This situation arises often when there is a special edition. It is very costly to have back issues sent over. The distributor (John Menzies) insists they send what they get or is ordered. It would be nice if you could sort the problem. The February edition still has not arrived yet. We lovel this magazine as it keeps us up to date with the rail scene in the USA which we love. Thank You. Robert Craggs

You still seem to be in some doubt about where I live. The latest issue of the magazine was sent to my old address at 58 Centre Street in Brockville, which I left three months ago. I did manage to receive it because the Canadian post office put a sticker over it with my correct address. However, they will not continue to do this forever. So please note that my correct and only address is 30 Richard Crescent in Smithville, Ontario. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE SO I WILL KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND ABSORBED THE INFORMATION

Used to be great, it’s ruined now

This app used to be perfect. The interface was perfect. The new look of the latest version is sluggish and slow (even on my iPhone x) and I cannot log in to restore my issues or get new ones. I was on the Southwest Chief this week and could not access one thing to read because of this. Please revert back to a functional and better looking and far more useful app with actual offline storage. One star is WAY too generous, but it’s the lowest rating I was allowed to give. It’s not worth even that. JUST REVERT TO THE OLD APP, ROLL BACK AND TRASH THIS CRAPPY REGRESSION.

New app terrible

Just downloaded the new version of the app. Several magazines I had purchased don’t even show up as available for download and the app continually crashes, obviously no testing was done before it was released. There isn’t even an option to only show purchased/downloaded issues. Last version was far superior to this new piece of junk version.

Fix or Refund

Like others I cannot access previously downloaded purchases. So either fix the situation or refund me. I submitted my concern through the subscriber form although I’m not a subscriber because the form I was led to through the App Support link resulted in an error telling me to redo or email. I’m really getting tired of businesses wasting my valuable time because of their failure to perform.
