This app is so bad how did they make it worse?

BoschVideoSecurity is so bad how did they make it worse? Ver 3.0 is a nightmare. No WAN support you can only access the cameras from the same local network. Bosch tech support is from Costa Rica (love the county) but the technicians have no idea what’s going on with the hardware or software. They are completely incompetent.

BVS doesn’t work

Unfortunately my iPhone updated the BVS app automatically. The PTZ doesn’t work at all. Ran test on camera and all seems good. Even when I login through web browser, PTZ doesn’t work. Very disappointed in the updated version. Older version worked great.

Latest version crashes With iOS 11.2

Cannot reply on iOS 11.2 (iPhone X). App just closes.

The update is Horrible

Software Crash

Software close upon logging-in. last version works fine!!

The firmware version is not supported?

That happened to the new version, not supporting my cameras???What to do now?It says The firmware version it’s not supported, please update to the latest available version.My camera’s are up to date...

No stars

The automatic update made to BoschVideoSecurity . USELESS. The new app will not allow me to connect to any of my sites. We have customers with DIP 3042-4HD. Need 2.3 version back till the new version is properly equipped to handle all systems.

Does not work after updating

Unable to connect to DIP3042 dvr after updating BoschVideoSecurity , I get a message saying “The device is not supported”

Absurd

Now that Bosch is charging clients for BoschVideoSecurity, somehow it’s gotten even worse.

If you like having to re-sign in several times a day with Singlekey… boy is this BoschVideoSecurity for you!!!

Sound pick up problem

The cameras work great – I can see everything on my iPhone very well.

However I cannot hear any sound whatsoever. The application needs to be upgraded so that you can hear sound on your iPhone.

iOS 9 does't work fine.

iOS 9 was released several months ago, but still no update! The last version works incorrect :(
