I have been using for 4 years and told everyone to get this app when it first came out. It had all sorts of back up features like a web page back up and batch download of all pics. Suddenly, I have now run out of storage (which was never limited before) and they want to charge me $30 a year for each kid, when I already paid for the app. I have plenty of free storage elsewhere and better paid storage but this developer is completely unethical. All of my work for four years on two kids is lost unless I take off of work and manually download each picture. Now, I have the pictures THAT I TOOK backed up elsewhere, however, any picture that someone else sent me (family and friends) I may have uploaded here instead of putting on my camera roll. All my notes about their height and weight, all major milestones, I can’t even copy and paste - I have to take a screen shot. Bad Karma to these people for screwing over busy mothers who don’t have days to redo the work they already did and trusted these people to be honest about. DON’T GET THIS APP!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

**EDITED**
I’ve used this app since it was called Time Hut years ago. Over the last few years, free features have been consistently and aggressively limited in order to provide those features to paid service members, rather than rolling out newer, better features for paid service. Also, they took away the batch backup option (to create a zipped backup file emailed to you) and at some point they started compressing uploaded photos to incredibly small sizes so at this point they are hardly print-worthy anymore. I used to love this app, but I’d rather use a service like google photos that provides most of the features of this app, unlimited photo storage (FREE) at barely compressed ratios that are still very much print-worthy, auto-backup, etc. Goodbye Peek-A-Boo.
My only wish is that they would let you make basic edits (crop, straighten, exposure, saturation) before you upload and also make a photo book feature that gives you more control over arranging and cropping before sending to print. Otherwise, this app is amazing for collective storing and sharing of photos/videos!

Note: I’m a VIP user so I’ve paid for the premium service.
I used to love this app but it seem with every new major release they take away more and more functionality making it so much LESS useful now.
It’s still a great way to store and track photos and videos, but here’s a list of annoying things that didn’t used to be annoying:
- you can’t bulk download and backup anymore. You have to do it by individual day, which is quite a pain and MANY clicks and time
- you can’t add anyone as a buddy or family who does not have a Facebook account or use Facebook messenger. You used to be able to invite people by email address.
- even if they have Facebook messenger, the invitation doesn’t work. It’s sends a broken attachment so there’s no way to add new family members or fans
- for the renewal of the VIP service, they start sending you reminders that your vip service will run out over a month before the end date. However, when you go in to renew, it renews and extends the service for one year from the DATE OF RENEWAL, which basically means that if you renew right when you start getting the notices, you lose out on over a month of service.
