Locked out of old app

I had the Upflix VIP app, which is the same app without ads. Had it for years. One day, it stopped working and doesn’t pull any movies in anymore. I contacted the dev and heard nothing back. I tried downloading this app and selected “Restore Purchases” in case that would remove the ads (as it’s supposed to in this app) but it doesn’t recognize my purchase because it was for their other app. Bait and switch. Not cool. I’ll be switching to another app.
Latest update ruined it

This used to be a great app to see the newest movies and shows added to Netflix throughout the month. The most recent update doesn’t work, won’t load titles anymore so I’m deleting it and finding another app that actually works. If it aint broke don’t fix it.
Am I the only one experiencing problems?

Every time I refresh the page, all titles disappear. Absolutely nothing is there and I can’t refresh again because it won’t let me. I restart the app but still, the titles won’t show.
