This is an AWESOME app... need I say more?

I own a digital marketing agency but am also a Content creator and analytics like these help me not only build my own page and stay aware & up to date but ALSO great for my clients. We have used InsTrack for our clients to better understand their positioning/how they can grow their page.

Personally I enjoy the scheduling feature and the recommendations they give me. All I do is schedule out my posts for the week then take their recommendations as they come! I truly have seen an increase in growth from using InsTrack.

Loving InsTrack , it’s helped me improve my business’s social media in one day. Can’t wait to see how far I can go! Best features are the suggestions for improvements to my page and the ability to see all of my posts in order of engagement to immediately see what kinds of posts are performing strongest, as well as linking competitors social media to get the same tracking and see which of theirs perform best. It also tells me when my followers have the most activity throughout the day and week.

I love using InsTrack, it has been helpful to me in many ways… especially with scheduling my post and the back end of things… like analytics and all of that good stuff.

Super helpful app if you are looking to make actionable improvements to your Instagram. InsTrack is full of beautifully designed features, and surprisingly a lot of them are free. I bought the annual subscription to support the developers - well done!

Great App with outstanding analytics. I use it for my personal and business. Analyzing my competitors accounts gave me a lot of insight to make excellent business decisions. I also love the scheduler for my daily posts. I recommend it for everyone

I love InsTrack! The layout and design is simple, clean and easy to use. The information, analytics and suggestions on how to improve my page are VERY helpful. It’s like a have a social media marketing guru in my pocket! 💜

One of most useful Instagram insight reporting app. The feature of setting up achievement goal is very useful to keep track on what action must be considered taken.

I’ve been using InsTrack for years no problem until recently I had to uninstall it because it was no longer loading. Upon installing it again it won’t link my Facebook account to be able to use InsTrack even though it’s said that it’s been linked but still need permission to link. I’m beyond FRUSTRATED!

InsTrack is such a scam. There was no place for me to see who isn’t following me back. You have to pay to use any helpful features. I’m worried I just gave a bunch of data to scammers who will send me junk scam mail to my email now. There was an option to clear data but I was afraid that would delete stuff from my accounts. Logged out and uninstalled InsTrack in 5 minutes. Horrible.

I like the information shown in InsTrack. It’s very useful. I use it to track growth for multiple accounts I manage on Instagram. It’ll be nice if you can post automatically to Instagram.

Did what I wanted it to do, nevertheless, it failed to deliver after a unfollowing 25-35 members.....requires you to Waite a good hour between sessions. Not very convenient. Yet manageable. ;)

App was originally to track down who unfollow you. Then they were forced to changed due to policy. So they can’t do anymore a service which users originally paid for. So app now try’s to bypass new features with others so they won’t get sue by pre-existing users.
Will file a dispute to reimburse what was paid for InsTrack.

Got InsTrack a few days ago. The best friends feature unlocks for free so that's cool. I purchased the other features (all except the blocker function). I think I spent cca $4? Can't remember for sure and I haven't checked my statement yet. It is a good app if you want to track who unfollowed you and who your best supporters are. It is much easier than trying to go down the list on your IG page and trying to figure it out on your own. I did notice, however, that some of the calculations are not correct. For example, one of my followers who liked several of my pictures is coming up as a ghost follower and showing they haven't liked any of my posts. That is just one that I noticed, I'm sure there are many other calculation mistakes. If this will get fixed, I think this would be a really awesome app. For now I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

I paid for the involvement pack and the information was not accurate at all. A lot of people who never comment on my IG account where in the “Most comments to me” section, in the “Most comments or likes“ one... The information in those premium packs is not true, so I paid for nothing. Don’t waste your money.

InsTrack is one of my go to apps for my small business . Great for social media page management

I love how it has predictions and you can create goals. I also love how it tells you the amount of followers you gained.

I like how gives you recommendations on how to improve your overall account.

I typically use InsTrack about 5 times a year more towards the end of the year for the Year Wrap Up. I’m getting an error message that’s saying that more permissions are needed. I don’t understand why it’s not connecting. I’ve tried multiple things from resetting my phone, making my page public, etc.

I was never able to experience InsTrack because they don’t give you an Instagram log in option... only Facebook. Not sure if they’re trying to access more info on us or if it’s technologically impossible to IG login info but either way I didn’t proceed.

InsTrack seems like a lifesaver, but i couldn’t even add my instagram account. it took me through an endless log-in loop and kept wanting me to add a facebook page. I was so excited for this to work :/

this app is an app my friends told me about. I decided to use it because there were either people I followed that didn't follow back or people that followed me and I followed them back and then they would unfollow me. I was following more than a thousand more people that were following me and that got me irritated. When I used InsTrack , I got so excited when I seen the chance where I was able to unfollow the people that weren't following me. this app is an app that I would recommend others to use to see people who they are following that aren't following back. They can see their gained followers, lost followers, non-followers, and their fans. They also have one where it shows the people that blocked u but that cost money and to be honest that seems dumb to me but otherwise this app is a very helpful app and I recommend others to use it. 😊

Bottom line - InsTrack is more of a scam than a functioning application. InsTrack will frustrate you much more than it should. It's simple, yet they couldn't get it right, or more likely, didn't care to. I've used similar apps for other social media for years and with zero issues, so I don't see how this developer screwed it up. This is by far the worst app of it's kind that I've used to date --and I paid for all additional features (that now do not work.)
Here's a kicker; if you make selections "too fast," InsTrack will actually give you warning messages telling you that you're abusing it and requesting that you use it correctly. Excuse me? I know what selections I'm trying to make better than your algorithm that can't keep up, as your competitors seem to do without error. Additionally, my time is valuable, and if I pay for a service, I expect it to be at least as expedient as any free app of similar tasking.
'Auto refresh' does ...well, it does nothing, so you have to constantly refresh manually in order to check accuracy.
It seems to have issues following. It unfollows accounts fine, most of the time, but if you need to follow, expect to have to repeat the process from insta --every time.
**All of InsTrack 's many shortfalls are irrelevant now that almost all of the features are inoperable, to include seeing who unfollowed. InsTrack is now both 100% useless and 100% waist of money.**

InsTrack is great at tracking who follows and unfollows you--and allows you to unfollow, check their profile, and like photos from within InsTrack .

Much of anything else in InsTrack is for single use pay each time, and not cheap. However, it did allow me to unlock something to explore which was nice.

I did pay to check out the silent fans, secret admirers information just to understand what it was, which was interesting. It allows you to engage with likers who don't follow you in an easier way so that you can maintain or deepen their followership.

It will analyze your "best" supporters by the day--don't know if that will have time options as my time having InsTrack increases--but it has all these iconographics that I don't understand and isn't readily explained.

It does seem to have some bugs still--where not all of my unfollows show even within InsTrack itself, or they do show in InsTrack and fail to transfer into my instagram account.

If you want a free way to track those annoying people who follow you to dump you--it's great and simple.

For the pricing scale of eveything else--it's way overpriced and has some mentionable shortcomings (time parameters, better in app explanation of things, software glitches) that might make you look elsewhere. If you have money to burn, it does offer a decent amount of analytics on your account in a rather simple ui--if you do not mind fully understanding its methodology for computation.

InsTrack is very useful. My favorite way to use InsTrack is to go to engagement>top supporters> and then click on the heart or comment buttoning see the posts that the follower has liked or commented on. This gives me insight into which type of content is most successful with my core audience and I'm able to tailor my content to them better. Awesome app!

There are some other things I wish I could do in InsTrack . One is analyze which hashtags are the most effective and the other is to see how many impressions my posts receive. I don't get why IG would let businesses get one set of metrics but not allows smaller accounts to access those metrics, too. Apps like Instatrack could help to make them more accessible.

I was very frustrated with the removal of key parts of InsTrack that I originally purchased for (followers/unfollowers). InsTrack still needs work, but I’ve been speaking with support over the past 2 days and they have been extremely helpful in trying satisfy, answer questions and accept criticism and advice. It looks like they pushed out the new features as soon as possible, even when they weren’t polished, and are now refining and rolling out the bug fixes. I’m hopeful that the UI will improve and become easier to navigate in the coming months. This is definitely becoming a very advanced tool. You get credit for all previous purchases and if you still want to know who unfollowed you, there are plenty of free apps that do that. I’m giving 3 stars because InsTrack can be still be easier to view and the UI could be a little more enjoyable, but InsTrack is definitely moving in a good direction.

I bought InsTrack a couple of years ago and paid a full price for all packs. It worked like a dream. I was able to see who unfollowed me, and most importantly, ghost followers. Also, in the Engagement pack, I saw accounts that stopped liking my posts for over a month, thus turning into inactive followers. I could see who blocked and so much more. With its clear and logical interface it was the best Instagram analytics app in the store. Then they changed InsTrack because of Insta rules and regulations. Maybe so but there're plenty of other apps out there that still work just fine! InsTrack is just plain AWFUL with its nasdaq like graphs!! It's impossible to see anything anymore except the things no one cares about. Engagement and Audience packs are the most important yet they now show no useful info what so ever!! Silly graphs that make no sense!! Don't even bother with InsTrack!! Check out other followers apps in the store. Some require subscription fees but they're not exuberant…The good ones all cost money but it's worth it if you're an avid Instagram user.

If you are in violation of Instagram's A. 19 Platform Policy, then there is a solution. Ask for permission! How long have you known that you have been in violation? You're the top company in this arena. You just conveniently overlooked this rule--while still taking people's hard earned money? People have paid you for InsTrack and all of its add ons. It's time for you to do something. It's time to earn your money! Ask for permission to allow your app to function as promised--or give your users a refund. Potential purchasers of InsTrack...don't...until the developer has made the necessary changes to allow InsTrack to function as it was designed. It now doesn't do anything that you can't do in the native Instagram app. More than half of the original functionality is no longer available. Functionality that was paid for by its users. In InsTrack 's Version History, read everything that was stripped away in version 2.3.2. That's almost the whole app! Stay away from InsTrack unless you have money to throw away.

InsTrack regularly nagged me to rate it, and even though I said no and not "later" every time it kept popping up. I was not going to bother rating it, but since they asked so many times they have earned their 1 star.

The main feature of tracking gained and lost followers works ok. It seems to use a local database on your device, so it is not something you can use on multiple devices consistently

All of their other features require many individual purchases, which for an app like this is rather unpleasant. Would rather have a free version and a paid version (or at least a single "unlock all" purchase) rather than many sporadic purchases

Update months later:
I wrote a review and InsTrack still nags me to review it. Paid for added features, which it turns out are totally not worth it, and it still nags me to review.

Another update, after a few more months. The key feature that made InsTrack valuable (knowing who unfollows you) has been removed. That feature helped you to identify users that were gaming the instagram system by following people to get a return follow, and then automatically unfollowing days later. This was apparently removed due to an instagram API policy that is horrible. Why should we know who follows us, but not who unfollows us?

InsTrack has lost all its value. Until they can work with instagram to return the unfollow identification it is not even worth the one star in this review.

So I paid to unlock all of the features about a year ago... have been using InsTrack just for fun to check on my Instagram account, and I open InsTrack today to see all of the features (except one) blocked. Only one feature is allowing me to click on it, so I'm thinking something got messed up in InsTrack Store and InsTrack is forgetting that I paid to unlock everything, so I'm clicking "restore purchases" and doing everything I can think of to make the features work, then I start looking on InsTrack Store and see that the Instatrack App is "apologizing" for having to disable everything......???? Um you can't just have people paying for something, and then take it away from them. That's not how things work. So I will be reaching out to InsTrack Store and getting a refund. I suggest anyone who paid for InsTrack at one point also do so, they can't just delete everything off of an app in which people paid to have. If it was free that would be different.

InsTrack was good for awhile. They need to update to fix bugs. It works good and then will not load and just crashes and won't open. I have paid money for the extras and they don't work. It'll say what pics someone likes and it's not even accurate. I will know for a fact someone recently liked 10 pics and it will say they have liked zero. Please fix this to do what it's supposed to or refund my money. I do like it when it works and how you can put multiple accounts... Just don't pay extra for ghost follower info, etc because you don't get what it says. If they fix all the extras to be correct and the problem with crashing, I will give it 5 stars.
UPDATE: still crashes some. Problem
Now is they make it where you cannot see names of who followed or unfollowed. If you are following someone and they unfollow, it shows a number and no name so it renders InsTrack completely useless at this point. Please fix this ASAP! I love your app when it works. The best out there!

I was going to write a 1 Star review after the devs released a “gutted” version of what formally was a great app and then tried to charge a subscription fee even though some of us had already paid for the premium features. Thankfully the devs credited everyone who already paid and gave them access to the premium features. Reading other reviews and comments I see that the devs are trying to follow policies while trying to keep everyone happy. I’m still a little skeptical since there are other 4+ Star apps out there that let you see followers/unfollowers. I’ll be keeping my eye on them to see if they are removed from InsTrack Store.
As for now...I’m giving 3 stars for the new features and I hope to see that’s the devs are not BSing us about the followers/unfollowers feature and then I can increase my rating.

I got InsTrack a couple months ago and I loved it soooo much. I would unfollow anyone who wasn't following me back. So of course I had to unfollow a lot of people at a time. It usually let me unfollow 100ppl/hr so that was VERY convenient. But recently it's been only letting me unfollow 20 ppl/hr which isn't much at all. That new update completely ruined the usage of InsTrack . Although I'm VERY disappointed with that, InsTrack still has a few good things. It does show who unfollows u, who u don't follow back, who doesn't follow u back, etc. But there are better apps that will do the same exact thing but will let u follow more people at a time. I don't recommend InsTrack after the update, but before I would recommend it anyone. Overall I'm very disappointed and hope they come out with a new version that will let u unfollow/follow more people at a time.

UPDATE #2: Phew, thank god. They handled the in-app purchase bugs and they are now restored. I've noticed a couple bugs of misreporting certain things (like that 2 people had unfollowed me when they hadn't, and that I deleted a comment which was still posted). With those bugs fixed, InsTrack would be 5 stars!

UPDATE #1: New update is horrific. Wouldn't restore my purchases after updating latest version of app. Also very buggy. Please fix! I don't want to pay $10 for everything I already paid for!!!

Original Review: Great tool for Instagram. Lots of great features. Very impressed. I use this for my business and it helps me to know what media is most popular, what methods work (or don't work) that I just used, etc. All the features I've purchased so far on it have been great!

I own a clothing company and I lost a substantial amount of followers these past few days. I was wondering why and decided to get a tracker, this is definitely the best out of the ones I tried! Mainly, because InsTrack gives you a lot of stuff to play with; however, the downfall is that they allow you to pay for most of the apps capabilities. I have yet to buy those because InsTrack is doing what I want it to do, for now. What they allow upon signing is pretty great, they also have an Instagram account that you can follow, but it doesn't seem to get updated. Not too sure if that's worth following, but up to you guys. I say give InsTrack a shot, what they offer in the beginning is a good starting point. It's fluid, straight to the point, and crazy simple to use.
