I used to LOVE this game....I am level 159 and have spent a lot of money on this game as it used to pay out cherries at a good rate....I don’t know what happened but you NEVER win anymore!!! I have 10 people in my cup-de-sac playing this game and we have all said the same thing! I’m very glad I see all the other reviews about it not paying as well as I know now it is definitely not luck, their algorithm for paying out is horrible! And the WINNERS you see on the screen is bogus because my profile was on their as my wife was playing and I was NOT!! I mean come on!!!! Do something to make this game better! I’ve spent $100’s of dollars on this game, you have added ads to get more money, and you let nobody win but you show all these other “people” winning when they aren’t even their!!! Do not recommend this game

UPDATE: I had the game crash on me when I saved up cherries for almost 3 weeks as I get 75 a day and spent 1,656 cherries on Camelot and as soon as the game started BingoPop closed on me!!!! Really frustrated at that but it has been getting better as far as winning...the only downside is the tickets! The only way I see to win them is the daily spin??? Used to love playing the 9 rounds of your highest for like 900 tickets at least that guaranteed 120 cherries every other day for me vs this little side game where I win between 30 & 42.

I really don’t like the way they changed the awards during events I don’t even hardly have lay anymore u can only play one round basically even if u do win awards it’s five or ten cherries and that gets u nowhere . I’m disappointed with this I used to spend money on this game and have fun, the change of the ticket awards are terrible too to try to get the “ sets” is difficult and not awarding the other way of getting cherries in the tree was much better. Sorry u lost a good customer and ruined a good game

You all should change it back before the long time users delete app and ur rating goes completely down. Get it together and stop being so greedy and don’t feed me the luck of the draw this games algorithms are completely different I am almost level 300 thanks to the way the game used to be. If u think I’ll spend another penny think again EPIC FAIL DEVELOPERS! I looked into all other June games and what do u know? They all say the same thing about ur new updates lol Ike’s u will fail if u don’t stop being so greedy, maybe u should go into another type of paid apps and stop changing the free ones so people aren’t fooled by your first ten levels it’s cruel.

I have read quite a few reviews before writing my own. I could pretty much cut out of every one of the rated one star and paste their comments right here in mine! And the feedback that was given to the players after they gave their input. What a slap in the face! “It’s a game of chance” WHAT? . . . .WHAT! ! ? BingoPop is supposed to be FUN, ENTERTAINMENT, RELAXING, like a flipping bingo game at a church basement with grandma. LIKE IT USED TO BE BEFORE YOU CHANGED THE GAME TO GREED TO PROFIT FOR YOURSELF! Half the stuff is STUPID AND MAKES NO SENSE. WORKING TOWARDS EARNING CUTE LITTLE DAUBERS TO TRADE WITH OTHERS WAS FUN. WINNING AN ACTUAL BINGO WAS FUN. DO ANY OF Y’ALL REMEMBER WINNING A BINGO? Those were the days. Keeping it simple is what made it fun. Bingo doesn’t require a PhD! It seems you want to make us stupid and when we express our reviews and feedback the coined phrase is “it’s a game of chance!” Come on! You get more if you give more! Keeping the game of bing AS the game of bingo is the fun your customer / fan base is looking for! Really really read these and get back to basics! There are enough slime ball sites out there. You get more with honey. Your graphics used to be cute and creative. They are also looking LOW BUDGET! You’re going to lose a loyal fan base willing to spend money and have simple OLD FASHIONED DAUBY BINGO FLIPPING FUN. PLEASE HEAR US!

I’ve been playing this game for a while, but not anymore. Recent changes are horrible. 1) 20 cherries to buy the scratch offs instead of 1,000 coins? Who in their right mind would ever use this feature now? Seriously, what’s the point? Maybe for those trying to collect puzzle pieces, but mine are all completed. For me the scratch offs were a nice way to get the last few cherries needed to play a board. No more. 2) For a while you didn’t have to confirm playing a game without the puzzle piece option, which was great. Now that confirmation is back and super annoying when the boards I’m playing have all puzzles completed. I can’t win puzzle pieces no matter how many cherries played, so how about at least taking that confirmation off when it’s no longer applicable?
3) used to be able to use power ups strategically, which was why I personally liked this bingo app better than other ones out there, but no longer.
There are more new changes that make me not want to play, but I’ve wasted enough time already.
Obviously these changes are to try and increase revenue, but I think (HOPE) it will clearly have the opposite effect. Maybe next time you’ll give long-time players incentives, instead of taking them away.

This game will not allow you to win bingos. The power ups do absolutely nothing. You can’t complete puzzles for more daily cherries or to regenerate cherries fast and by the way that’s BS because they don’t give you enough cherries to play with. When bingo pop responds to reviews they say the same thing to everybody and what they are saying is not true. I would not recommend spending any real money to get cherries or coins because it will make you file for bankruptcy and it won’t benefit you. It’s impossible to complete daily goals because you will never have enough cherries unless you save them up for a year. They have a section in the game for high rollers, what is this a casino and literally it might as well be because you have to pay 100 cherries for a single card. Let’s not forget that when we are in a “bingo session” playing bingo and you see all of these ppl getting bingos? No their robots. Once again they will respond to your review like every one that writes one and what they tell you is a bunch of excuses, makes no sense, and is total crap. BingoPop needs to be improved! Yes it is fun but will win and be able to play for more than 5 minutes? No, no, and no! Hey trump can we make bingo great and fair and fair again?

I have been playing this game for a while and I have downloaded many bingo apps, but this one is by far my favorite! The only concern I have is the amount of cherries that are generated in a day! I am now at level 195, and I am only really able to play multiple games in a day because I purchase the $.99 monthly package every now and then. These extra 28 cherries per day are the only way I can play multiple rounds of bingo. I can’t even complete the daily task of playing 9 rounds of the highest bingo world! I have completed the scratcher puzzles but continue to use this feature just so I can play a few more rounds a day. It would be nice if there were more puzzle levels in the scratchers...also in almost every game I have played the bonuses for reaching a new level always increase as you progress, in order to accommodate the higher cost of higher levels. At 195 I am still only getting 20 cherries and 2,000 coins, which is very frustrating! I just recently broke down and purchased a $2.99 cherry bundle, and it was gone in 2 rounds of a higher world. As I level up, it is getting more frustrating to where I debate whether or not to just delete the game! Please fix the cherry issue!

I had been very far in the game over level 1,100 had over 250,000 cherries and for some reason it added my face book that I can’t even get into anymore and it took all my progress and cherries away I tried for two days to contact them no one ever answered an no one will help ... this isn’t the first time either ... it’s like when u get far in the game an accumulate cherries so u can play they find some how to steal them from you .... it’s jus sad is all I can say ! I won’t play anymore after them doing this to me over an over thought it was a mistake the first time but it’s not guys .....

Update jus wanted to say thank you as of now I don’t know what will happen in the next few days but , it took them a week to find an fix my account only cause I had a pic of the group I was in , but I got my cherries back and back to my level I was on DONT know what will happen will keep you updated !! This game could be great. Love the artwork, fun concept, love the collections. But the game is basically unplayable with the amount of cherries you get, even when you pay for them. To get a chance at finishing events or getting decent rewards, you have to play large bets with multiple cards, but it’s impossible with the low cherry count. And they give coin rewards like candy, so I have thousands of coins to do nothing with and no cherries to play. $30 will get you a couple low-end high roller games, which is a crazy buy-in cost for a game that wins you digital prizes/progression. Every time you open the game you have to click off of at least 4-5 pop ups trying to get you to pay for things. Leveling up does nothing to increase your cherry-per-day rewards and even after completing puzzles and getting more daily cherries, you might get one play a days worth. Developers: invest in a good systems/game economy developer and fix this game. It’s a waste to have users wanting to play your game but unable to. And my last note... quit making me use Facebook for friends. I get that you want to try and market, but it’s outdated and annoying to users.

This game is a huge rip-off! I know about games of chance because I play real bingo and my odds are better there. Making a purchase doesn’t help you at all. The only consistent winners are the new players because these people want to reel them in so that they believe it’s a fair game. Once you get above the 10th level you will find it harder and harder to win anything. I can almost predict that when I get on quick, I will never get that last number for that bingo. This is a computer program, you can fix the outcome however you like, you rip-off artists!
I bought 500 cherries to see if I could complete a couple of the special levels but I got screwed out of every credit. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS JUST STARTED THIS GAME, don’t let these few wins at the beginning fool you, it won’t continue for long. They will let you win Lon enough to get hooked and then they will take everything you’ve won away. I quit because this game is a great big rip-off. No matter how hard they deny it, the game is rigged.
I hate you and your rip-off game! YOU GUYS CHEAT! THE GAME IS RIGGED. And now I am going to delete you again because nothing has changed, you still steal people’s money. I really hope that people delete BingoPop so that you fail.

I have been playing this game for years, I’m on level 855...so clearly loyal for a LONG time! It just gets harder and harder to win bingos. And yes, they’ll respond by saying “it’s a game of chance”, “sorry you feel you aren’t winning as many cherries as you feel deserving of”. You will maybe get a single bingo every 6/7 games, a double bingo every 15/20 games if you’re lucky. If I do ever have a decent amount (like over 300 cherries) it’s because I won them from collection events and cards or the dice game, not because of the actual game of bingo. It should not be possible to blow 4,000 cherries in a short amount of time, but it is. It’s frustrating and they do nothing to fix it. Play at your own risk of major frustration! I can play game after game and never win even a single Bingo. They have become so greedy and have ruined this game! I used to win Mega bingos way more often and would be able to play more. I refuse to buy cherries or coins, won’t give them a dime of my money! You shouldn’t either! If they would actually listen to feedback (I conducted a 10 minute survey) and made changes, I would change my review...but it seems to fall of deaf ears.

This game is fun and addicting, HOWEVER, the programmers do not give you enough cherries to play more than a few rounds. Their obvious goal is to get you to buy cherries to play. Because the rewards payout is so minuscule, it’s impossible to play very many rounds without purchasing more cherries, a viscous cycle. You could easily spend $30-$50 a day and still never earn enough cherries to play. Plus their Club play/rewards is a joke. Even if your team does well they demote you’re level taking your Cherry perks away. I contacted them about this and they responded, yes we are aware of the problem. My recommendation to the programmers is to provide more cherry payouts with higher collection of cherry rewards. When a bingo round costs 40 cherries, increase the cherry reward from 10 to 30 or 40. What does this hurt? The chances of someone actually getting a bingo is probably 9 out of 10, so your not losing anything, but you are actually making the game better. You will still keep raking people over the coals by requiring people to buy cherries if they really want to play for more than a few minutes. Lighten up programs and reverse the ugly side of a really great game!

I just got this game a couple days ago, and so far I’ve gotta say the bingo play is great. I loved it from the first play. The odds of winning frustrate me because I can spend 100 cherries on cards and only win like 8 off 1 or 2 bingos the whole time. It seems like winning is few and far in between and even when I do win, I don’t win enough cherries to continue playing for any amount of time. The daily cherries also frustrate me because you only get 1 an hour, which you can’t use at all due to card prices... This so far seems like a game that I need to log in once a day for a week to collect cherries just to play more than 1-3 games at most a day, even after watching all the videos to get 3 cherries a piece. I’ve won more on the special gems game than I have any bingo room. On almost every card every round I am 1 away from a bingo and it drives me insane. Out of every bingo game I’ve played I’ve won the least in this one and if I could just get more cherries to play with on a regular basis I will make this a 5 * rating because everything else is wonderful.

There is a huge gimmick to BingoPop if you watch your bingos or daily spin for cherries after you play a round is the cherries get added before it’s done spinning which means you already get a predetermined amount. The watch ads should be enough if you watch them. Come on developers you get paid if I watch them. It only seems maybe a couple of times a month do I get to actually play more than one or two good rounds of bingo. The there’s the amount of cherries you can earn without paying is ridiculously low and to purchase anything you don’t get hardly anything for how much you spend. If I’m going to pay to play it’s definitely not on BingoPop unless you offer a better deal than what you offer I am about to delete BingoPop because I’m getting bored of trying to collect cherries for days just to play one round of bingo.
It just seem to be rigged to get you to spend money not just rounds of “bad” luck. I know what bad luck is and the way BingoPop all plays out is very geared to get you to spend money to be able to do anything with it. What a joke!!!

I have always loved this game and have spent a fair amount of money on cherries/harder to get items from time to time. I recently made a large purchase that did not give me all the items i paid for. I contacted them for support and have been going back and forth with the support team for days. I sent the receipt which they claim was too small to see but i copied myself on my email and i can see it clear as day. So had to resend. Now they are basically saying i got what i paid for and need to know what i am missing. I have had multiple messages with Leah Brossault who has been somewhat condescending and less than helpful trying to resolve. Each time I provide what they ask for they give more questions. Terrible customer service!!! Ask whatever questions you need upfront! Just seems like they are trying to get out of paying!

Awful experience and i do not recommend making purchases from BingoPop. They do not honor their commitments or make things right when they make a mistake. Listen, errors happen from time to time. It’s how you respond to your paying customer and how quickly you make it right.

The recent updates have made this game awful and not worth playing. I used to love this Bingo game and looked forward to it each night after work. Now I have to collect my cherries for DAYS just to play one bingo card that might have a slight chance of paying out. I’m done with that. The Pet collection change is terrible. The kingdom collection prizes are not even worth turning in your points. The prizes are now a few cherries and a couple hundred coins? What a joke. And that daily spin thing, that never pays out more than 100 coins. At least before you got 8 cherries. I’ve always felt the costs to buy cherries was outrageous, but now I’ll never need to because I won’t be playing anymore. It’s obvious the updates were to make a profit. It’s so refreshing when even the little things you enjoyed are ruined by greed. Way to go!!!

Edit: Whoever is responding to the negative reviews with your “solutions” needs to just stop. Stop trying to justify these stupid changes and make them sound better and exciting. You’re not fooling anyone. They’re terrible and have made the game worthless.

I used to love playing this game but the most recent changes are horrible. It is harder to earn cherries since the changes. You can no longer use snacks to get coins or cherries from the pets and it takes a long time to earn enough cherries for the games. Game play lasts like 5 minutes if you don’t win and the winnings are very small for most of the games and they cost a lot of cherries to play. I can spend $20 for 700 cherries and only get to play 2-3 games at the level I am at and if I don’t win (which seems to happen a lot more now also) I am done in just a few minutes. So not worth spending that kind of money. I can’t even earn many cherries so if I want to play more, I have to spend more money. The cost of the cherries is too high as well since the higher levels require more to play and only pay out about 1/10 of the cost. Very dissatisfying, and disappointing. I will not be playing this game any longer unless they make some serious changes and allow for easier ways to play longer without having to spend tons of money.

I like this game, but find it incredibly frustrating. Like many other reviewers have noted, it's extremely hard just to win back cherries, never mind actually profit from a game. And my "luck" in this game has become so abysmal that it feels rigged - playing 4 cards, have 2 instant bingo power ups, but can't get a single bingo on any card? Ok... If I spend real money on this game, will my luck improve? If not, there's no reason to, because I'll never get enough cherries back to be able to keep playing without continuing to shell out money...

Getting a bingo needs to yield more cherries. At least make getting a double bingo worth more cherries, jeez.. As it is now, there's just no way to get ahead in this game, unless maybe you just play a round or two per day.

Also, is there a reason why the more you level up, the more expensive the rooms get?? Because again, it's still pretty much impossible to win back more than you bet - so what's the point, besides making players sacrifice even more cherries to meet daily goals (which also yield pretty lame rewards)?

This game is toated to be free but it's far from it. I was so excited when I began to play this game and was enjoying it immensely before I realized playing 80 cherries for 4 cards only allows for minutes of play. I only get 38 cherries per 24 hrs?? No one can play this game for any length of time unless you buy cherries. I have repeatedly not been granted cherries after bingo's including last night when I won 18 cherries for multiple bingos, took a snapshot of before and after and have still not been credited for the win. I have taken to snapshoting every round and am quite irritated when I provide proof and you still don't credit the cherries. Very frustrated and once cherries are out...so am I!! You've taken the joy out of the game and there are plenty other Bingo games out there! Sincerely, Angry!
P.S: Please don't bore me with the rhetoric responses to our issues that you have with every person who has complained about the game. Don't pacify me...fix the problems! I have questions and concerns which have still not been addressed! Tired of spending half my night texting you.

If you want a game you can play all the time without spending a ton of money, this is NOT it. You have to win cherries to play more levels and you don’t win enough to keep going. The only way to keep going is to buy them instead of winning them and they’re expensive. I just played for ten to fifteen minutes this morning with two cards and only won ONE standard bingo. I won 16 cherries, but it takes 26 to play the next round with all potential bonuses on the level I’m on. Most rounds I don’t win any cherries. If you don’t play enough for potential bonuses you win even less cherries. The higher the level, the more cherries it takes to play, yet you don’t win any more when you bingo. And the elusive mega bingo? Been playing this for weeks and I’ve NEVER won one. There are a couple other opportunities for cherries like collecting cards with characters or puzzle pieces, but you don’t win enough of those either to keep going.

This gets two stars because it’s fun, but unless you’ve got a ton of money to spare, it’s not worth it.

Every time I go to open it crashes. When I’m finally able to get to BingoPop to start playing a new game it will crash. Takes away my cherries. And the new thing you have to win tickets for the gumball machine you make it so hard to collect tickets that even a game you play isn’t enough to receive tickets. And the amount of tickets given once you make it there they barely give you any cherries,snacks and you basically just lose everything and are unable to move to the level you’re at. There’s more losses on BingoPop now. It’s harder to even get a single bingo. Even with losing cherries and you play the beginning levels because you don’t have enough to play the level you are on. Still not a SINGLE bingo. When I’ve beaten those levels many many times with never having a problem getting a bingo at all. Please fix it back to normal. Allow us to get more tickets if it’s gonna take days just to add the items to get the tickets. Bring back the older version. Stop crashing. I want to play my favorite game again 😥
