Was wondering why I can't find app on play store. Pls be mindful not to charge for next
I don't understand what is going on. I see you guys are back but ur site said my email is invalid. I tried signing up same site said email address has been used. My subscription expires March 2024. I hope you guys know you can't take my money until problem is rectified because i will have my back collect my money back from you guys. The system is so messed up that it doesn't recognize the users.
This app is a garbage, I have not been able to get any updates on new movies and cannot reach any of their customer service. They kept deducting my money without having access to any movie.

I have been having issues with my login so I uninstalled The IRokotv App on my IPhone and as I went to the Apple App Store to reinstall your app it’s no where to be found in their store. I am also aware that my subscription is due for renewal on November 25,2023 and I’ve been an IRokotv subscriber for many years now but as of 2022 and especially this year I have truly been disappointed with the lackluster service and no current movies for far too long an I will not be renewing my subscription, it was good while it lasted, thank you all for entertaining not only myself but my family as well.

I used to enjoy this service but recently, it has gone bad. In fact, it is horrible if you intend to watch on the road or when traveling. Two main issues they need to address:
1. After downloading the movies, you still need Internet to watch because the system checks for subscription before you can watch downloaded movies. I was on a 12 hour flight and have hoped to watch my downloaded movies but I could not!!!. The rubbish system was checking my subscription which requires internet connection. Totally defeats the purpose.
2. The system get hung checking for subscription license. I have deleted the app and reinstall three times but issues remain the same. License checking status is still in a loop even after their recent update in March 2018. All the downloaded movies are grayed out and I can't click to watch. However I am able to stream other movies that have not been downloaded without any issues. I tried chatting with their customer rep and got no response after many attempts .

It’s 2020 and African movies have improved way beyond what it was 17yrs ago. They’re very entertaining and dramatic, but what the film makers are lacking is time placement. They wait till the last 8mins or so, towards the end, to solve all the issues. They stretch the entire thing out and within 10mins of closing or 5mins rather, that’s when things are being found out (whatever the movie is focused on, like a cheating wife or finding the truth out about something) it’s not realistic. 20-30mins should be the basis of when issues are solved and the truth is spoken. All I do is get frustrated. Please stop doing this!!!!

I’ve had this subscription for a while and keep hoping it will get better but it’s only getting worse. In the past 2 months, I’ve deleted and redone loaded the app but haven’t been able to watch anything. The app loads to the shoutouts page and nothing else can be done from there. I’ve tried on all my devices and nothing works. It’s become a waste. Either give me my money back or fix it. This is ridiculous.
