7 months agoA few days ago, My ROKU stopped running the WeatherNation app. The app show on the list just like before, but when you click it, it asks for your location. No location seems to work, even places like New York City, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami, etc. I have removed the app and reloaded with the same result. If I go to the "Channel System" for viewing the WeatherNation, it shows the picture, but statistics (like 3-day forecast, etc.) do not work. No amount of clicking, pushing buttons, etc let me see this station, but at least I get the weather FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY. I liked the system the way it used to work -- You could look at various forcast for different cities almost instantly. You also could look weather radar an zoom in and out. You could set up a list of cities, and look at the one by one if you wanted. This nice if you were planning a trip and wanted to see what the weather would be as your trip progressed. CAN YOU HELP ME TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THESE ISSUES? I HOPE YOU CAN!

11 months agoCannot get Weathernation to work on Roku. It used to but just stopped. I have tried updating and removing app and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Thank you.

1 year agoHi my family and I are no longer able to use your app, all it does is just stay frozen. My family and I used to absolutely LOVE watching this app we could get our local weather and now we can’t even get your app to work anymore! I have tried deleting it and re-adding it to my ROKU TV and still nothing works. Can you please help me to get my app working again? Thanks! Amy

1 year agoI have Roku TV, I like you because you were different from the other weather apps. Now that you changed your format, your like the others but it's harder to navigate on your site. I'm a senior and your numbers on bottom right are too small to read, then I have to click each one to read it at top left??? That's too much work for arthritis fingers! We should have a choice to choose old or new format. Sincerely,KC

Please update the app
I have been watching Weather Nation using the TV app for some time now. It is long due for a major update. Why can I not simply open the app, have the commercial play, the atomically have the live programming play. Instead, I have to scroll down, scroll to the right, then when the commercial is done, scroll up to see the live programming. If I do it any other way, I will never get out of the commercials. I have Apple as my service provider, and have DSL...so not fast service. It works great with Sling, yet with Weather Nation, it starts and stops frequently. Please update the app, it needs a major overhaul. I no longer get The Weather Chanel, lost, going from dish to streaming. I was glad to get away from their extremely frequent commercials. But please, fix the app. Don’t make me wish I would be able to get TWC back. Thank you.

Horrible iOS design
I would like the mobile app to resemble the Apple TV app. There are so many reasons why the app for iOS is bad, starting with the sound issues in full screen mode. The full mode screen is bad too, only making a small box. No sound works when you have preview open. Just horribly put together.

Terrible App
Poor user interface and you can’t make the live stream full stream. Seriously? The live stream is the number one reason I downloaded the app in the first place. God knows what Weather Nation and the app developers were thinking. One star rating for this. Zero if I could.
