myFirstAm is poorly designed and very unintuitive to the end user. When you first launch myFirstAm and sign in, you are sitting at their splash screen with no indication of what you are supposed to do. If you select the menu icon and choose tutorial, you are shown instructions on what to do. However once you are on this screen there’s no way to go back to the home screen. You have to force quit and relaunch myFirstAm . It doesn’t show you all the documentation attached to your account that the website does. myFirstAm is total garbage. Don’t bother downloading it. Just use the website on desktop.

Fantastic package, great tools for listing, all the tools at your fingertips available for marketing purposes, the tools available to research potential property & ownership “bugs” up front.

It has everything I need when I'm out showing property and need to know info about another house or lot near by. So many great features!

I love myFirstAm, it’s easy to use. Most important when I’m out in the field I can access the information I’m looking for.

As a real estate broker, I find myFirstAm unparalleled.

When I go to put notes on a property, I cannot close the notes screen on iPhone X... please fix the “Close” button so it works

This map-centric app fills many essential functions. First, It connects you to property data of all sorts including ownership information. It is so useful in the field to be able to research property while you are looking at it. Second, the main interface already has property lines overlaid on aerial maps and a locator function that can show you and your clients where you are relative to the property lines on big parcels. I am not aware of any other property line apps. Period. Those features alone are each worthy of praise and would be valuable as stand-alone apps

That doesn't speak to either the excellent "farming" tools that let you build a neighborhood list or the ability to track open orders and other title functions.

This is at the top of my list for real estate apps for professionals.

this app was a great app before but now you have ability to see the comparable sales on a map and send the final property profile report as a PDF for easier use and printing. Great additions and look forward to more. The farming functionality is incredible. Being able to filter the farm to get a targeted a list for action is great.

myFirstAm is actually better than the website, it's very user friendly and extremely fast and responsive! Not to mention extremely useful on the go! As a mortgage broker myFirstAm is essential to my business!

A necessary tool for every Realtors tool belt! I love the merging of mobile and browser - property research programs that also track orders, allows for comparables including FSBO's, allows for farming/marketing, has the transaction histories with hyperlinks to deeds, maps, school info and more!!!

I am hoping it wasn't the developer, and not being one to be behind the fashion, I thought if one person liked it this much, though lacking the obligatory potty noises or flashlight and compass, bottle cap opener -- even from the developer -- it has to be good!

So much data on the go! See Grant Deeds and other recorded documents for free! School overlays. APN overlays. Owner overlays. Request customer service. GPS enabled so finding properties is a cinch. Data for all CA counties. Fantastic resource.

This is my go to app whether I'm on the road or at the office. I use it all the time, it works so well for comps, neighbors and to figure out who owns what real estate and more!

Now has the feature to Order Title/Escrow.
