Magnificat English Edition Reviews

I've been a subscriber of the Magnificat for countless years and have always been able to use MagnificatEnglishEdition or the hard copy, whichever is the most convenient. I LOVE using MagnificatEnglishEdition during travels and time away. That seems to have changed this month. Now if I want to use MagnificatEnglishEdition , I have to pay an extra $2 per month!

Already thought the price for the subscription was hefty. To have them take away what used to be complimentary, in my opinion, is unreasonable. Contemplating canceling my current subscription.

Bad business Magnificat!

I think MagnificatEnglishEdition is great. I prefer having the paper copy, but I’ve moved out of the country and not convenient to have it mailed for now. I find MagnificatEnglishEdition to work fine. The functionality is intuitive and has all the content I’d use in the paper copy.

Don’t bother

I’m canceling the subscription soon as they keep promising features and even have toggles for using them and they aren’t there. One used to be able to change font. Now they have static photos of pages. Useless I can read the church copy for that. Get a new programmers who knows what they are doing

I do the subscriptions monthly and there are times where I don’t get the daily prayers or any other feature I paid for. It’s blank. It happened this October. Is there a solution???

MagnificatEnglishEdition will not even open anymore, since it is incompatible with the new iOS. I miss my daily readings!

There are plenty of choices for font size but none of them work. The font size is still way too big for me to read comfortably.
I’ve been trying for over a week to get MagnificatEnglishEdition to load and I finally got it to load this morning!

I’ve always enjoyed having my prayers so close at hand on my iPhone. However, I cannot download my issues. It prompts me to login, I do...and then it prompts me to login in again. That’s all I can do!

Yes, I have the correct login information. I have tried re-installing MagnificatEnglishEdition . Twice.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to grow in their relationship to God through prayer.

Very good app. Would appreciate a large font feature.

Though I have a 4 year subscription to Magnificat, MagnificatEnglishEdition requires a further payment to see an issue. Reading the same issue online requires NO further payment.

Also new App Store version (en) has awkward versions of traditional prayers such as Canticle Zachariah. Suggest delay purchase until current version is corrected

The English edition of Magnificat will not work with iOS 11.1.1. Time to update. This is my preferred Magnificat.

I am a long time subscriber and am so frustrated with MagnificatEnglishEdition! I travel and need to access MagnificatEnglishEdition on my IPhone and iPad, this one of many apps I use and without question the worst.

February 2022 downloaded. Most topics are blank. Did not have this problem last month.

I downloaded this application and it keeps closing! I wanted to try before paying.

Please Update! With the October issue app will not open as well as indicating that I am receiving a different version. I miss my daily readings!

iOS 11 does not work with English Magnificat. Please help!!

I bought a subscription in January 2019 for the Magnificat which I was supposed to receive a copy through the mail beginning in March....the first copy didn’t get to my mailbox until two weeks into March .... now today is the 9th of April , I haven’t received my copy for April as of yet! I rely on the Magnificat while attending Mass; so I seem to be paying for something that I can’t use for the entire month! Very bad business !
