It used to be so simple to see how much you spend and how much you put in your account, as well as easy to transfer. It was easy to see if payments were pending and what not. Now everything is way confusing and doesn’t make any sense. It’s cool that there’s stuff you can do now that you couldn’t before, but it’s dumb that they changed the rest of 1stLibertyFCU . I absolutely hate it and I preferred the simple, straight forward version. Not even going to mess with any of the new features because it’s all too confusing.
Can’t log in half the time. Frequently will not load transactions.
Even when you can log in, it “skips” around for lack of a better term so when you go to click on something the screen moves and you end up selecting something else.
Old app was basic but it always just worked.
They should switch back to the old app. This new app is not at all user friendly. I used to be able to log in within seconds now it takes at least 5 minutes if I’m lucky. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to easily manage your money. This is bar far the worst app I have EVER used!!
The old app worked just fine .. this new app is a nightmare!! It never works correctly or leaves out a bunch of different information on purchases and transactions! Bring back the old app or please fix this one. Absolutely horrible!
App crashes and freezes up often. Sometimes I have to close and reopen 1stLibertyFCU 5+ times just to view my accounts.
After the new update 1stLibertyFCU has gone straight down hill. 1stLibertyFCU was nice as it was & now it’s just garbage
It will not let me sign back into my account
My app no longer has mobile deposit as an option and I already signed the check with the disclaimer for mobile deposit only...
Keeps asking for email even though i have one on file!
I check my app before every purchase. I have been keeping my app on a separate device, never used for purchases online and no apps PayPal, Amazon, eBay, no purchases in browser, nothing about financial transactions is on there ever. I had a problem I reported to FBI internet fraud, Sunday, and said I would change my passwords Monday. I changed 1stLibertyFCU password at my branch and got home on internet to find app frozen. I went back to my branch and they said maybe you got a digit wrong, it is unfrozen. I got back home on internet to find Invalid signon (support code #15500). I downloaded 1stLibertyFCU on my older iPad Mini 2, to keep it seperate from online purchases. I use it for reading books. 1stLibertyFCU was frozen. My branch cannot answer these questions: If I cannot use my older devices, I don't want to purchase a new device I never use for making purchases. How new a iOS would I need? If it requires more and more privacy information: driver'slicense, face scan, voice or fingerprint, I am not "sharing" that. My complaint FBI Internet Fraud Compaint is unreasonable demands of more and more privacy information phishing scheme. There is nothing gained, nothing there other than no value swindles, and worse, and it all comes from Facebook. What is Invalid signon (support code #15500)?
Does anyone know what it means when a “specified account is frozen” after trying password so many times
Is crashing a lot but meets my needs ... wish I'd known along time ago you had an app!!!
Was working fine until iOS 15 update. Opened app to black screen closed app then attempted to open from App Store, opened up to black screen it also froze up phone. I deleted app and reinstalled it still doesn’t recognize my account I’d/password. It works on the website but not 1stLibertyFCU . I don’t know if it’s 1stLibertyFCU or the iOS update, but I’d like to use 1stLibertyFCU because it’s easier to use and see.
