Once again I ask you to change your program so that when I open with spades e.g., and lose the contract to the opponents, I expect, no I demand, that my partner leads a spade! To the contrary with your program. For some reason your program ignores the basic tenets of Bridge play. Not only does your program frustrate me, it drives be to use a compettior of yours!

My bridge name is slews. I can invite members to be my partner with no trouble. But when partners try to invite me they are blocked (that is a notice comes up that I am not there) Can you adjust this for me?

on September 06 so was able to play only one $2.09 match but the system i fear was faulty and charged for matches that wouldn’t open. This is my second report i would like to talk with a BBO rep not this alienated impersonal modern method

I got a new computer and my husband accidentally put in a different version of my name..originally I was ShrleyAnn and now I am Shirley can you merge the two accounts cause I play a lot and want to get to be ruby but I refuse to give you my visa I don't think this request will take time and refuse to pay...all u have to do is one hit on your computer to do this

I asked a BBO representative what the cost was to use robots so I could play online with my husband. He clearly stated $2.99 for a week of play. I told him I did not want any kind of subscription purchase of BBO. To try it for a week, my husband and I registered, I purchased robots assuming the charge would be $2.99 for a week and then, after giving my information, the charge was $40. I then proceeded to use the service and could not get the robots or the game to start. Since I couldn't use the service, I don't want to pay $40 thru my credit card. I contacted bridge base thru an email and was told I used the system, which I did not do. We never got to play even one game--no cards came up on screen. I am disputing this $40 charge thru my credit card company. I also called bridge base telephone and their statement was they no longer take phone calls.

I have reported my inability to get on Bbo. Ny message is that internal problem. Invalid username, this has happened before. Not sure why. It is a Bbo problem. I have same username I have had for years. Would like this orreectec asap. I want to play . I have an account with money available. While playing a Speedball bridge game about December 16 or17, around 6:00-7:30 our time , myself and partner were cut off from BBO. A letter following stated that we had not played to protacal. We were shocked. We were also informed we could play individual games but soon we’re not accepted there either. We would appreciate to be reinstated. We are both seniors in the late 80’s and play for entertainment. I would also like to play with another partner of the age of 89 and living alone. Our inclimate winter weather makes a game at home more favourable than travelling out. Is there a possibility to be reinstated to full stature ? I have a problem with the increase of $3.99 from $2.99. A dollar increase seems to be rather steep. 80% of the people who play bridge online every day are in their late 60's and up. Many of them are on Social Security and can't afford the increase of $3.99. Within 3 years the price has increased from $1.79 to $3.99. So I usually play 3 times a day. But now that the price has increased I will not be able to play on ACBL as much. I just wanted to give my opinion on this issue, which I hope others won't fail to let you know. Thanks.
