Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KIT-Navigator app issues:

Force Stop the KIT-Navigator App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KIT-Navigator app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KIT-Navigator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KIT-Navigator App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KIT-Navigator app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch KIT-Navigator.
