Hello, i tried to link my iphone to my macbook pro in midi and since then, the pads don't work anymore. Some of them make sound and some other don't, in a random way.

How to fix DM1 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DM1 app on iPhone
Update DM1 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DM1 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DM1 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DM1 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DM1 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DM1 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DM1 App
1. On android, goto Settings » DM1 » click [Force Stop]

Update DM1 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DM1 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DM1 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DM1.

Fix DM1 unable to contact server/ DM1 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DM1 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DM1 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DM1
