If only the app works properly

I just signed up today and deleted the subscription in a few hours time. I have always wanted to get into baseball America but could not find it at my local bookstore so I downloaded the app and subscribed for the monthly 15 dollars. But when you try to log in the app doesn’t recognize the email and password I signed in under and when you go to the website to log in it also doesn’t recognize the email. Plus the subscription is cheaper ordering through the website then it is ordering directly through the app

Baseball America content is superb. But this app is very weak. Even after paying $75 for the content all the links in the app bring you to the website. When you get to the website the login you set for the app doesn’t work on the website. After digging around on the website there is a note buried that you are supposed to e-mail them to get access to the website content. Sent an email and still waiting. They should be embarrassed to charge people for this. Oh and an app that charges 75$ shouldn’t have ads!

Everything was working fine until I updated the app today (6/5/20). Now I cannot even log in to access any of the material I paid for, let alone restore purchases. I am still able to access everything on the website, but the app is now entirely useless and a rip-off.
