Web is complete trash! Makes me wanna slam my phone against a wall every time I try to look something up work related! Hell the sonic app or any fast food app is better than Web that a multi billion dollar company uses. DO BETTER! This stupid worthless piece of crap app is useless! You’d be better off driving to a Walmart and using the computer! I wish I could give 0 stars because it definitely doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
This is, hands down, the worst browser implementation I’ve ever seen, on a mobile platform. It does not display the full page, page scrolling does not work 95% of the time, there is no option to force request desktop or mobile sites. Perhaps it would work for a 1995 HTML1.0 text page. Anything slightly newer, stay away from it.
I have to have Web for work and after the latest update it crashes every time I try to use it. I’m unable to open any of the links I need from my work email and can no longer effectively use my phone for work. It’s incredibly frustrating.
This is the application that we are required to use to check our witch schedules. It is extremely frustrating that each time I attempt to use Web it either crashes, freezes on one page, or runs so slow that Web loads a ‘session timeout’ page. Extremely frustrating.
Ever since the last update Web crashes all the time. Usually if not used for a bit I launch it, starts to load the content and crashes. Will do this again and then usually the third time it will open the webpage.
If anyone has used Web before you know that this is not worth the effort to explain how terrible it is. It may be used because of the high level of admin controls but for users it is like using an app that came out 15 years ago, in terms of usability.
I have Web installed with my work apps for Walmart and it doesn’t work! I always get a proxy error, I would use this more than the computer at my work if it worked like it was supposed to. I’d prefer to send emails using a keyboard that I’m used to versus the ones at work. This issue needs to be fixed!!
With the update, scrolling with a Bluetooth mouse does not work. Page does not update, simply a blank screen. If I use my finger on screen to scroll, the page displays correctly. We use several of these apps including Content and it has problems with menus.
Web was updated two weeks ago and I have been unable to utilize since the update.
I have an iPhone 6S Plus and Web doesn’t even upload to my phone. Everything is installed properly, because it worked before. But I stopped being able to connect months ago. I only receive an Error message that says “A server with the specified host name cannot be found.” Please look into this
It would be preferred to have Touch ID as an option for signing in to the WIRE. Often I have to sign in 3 different times to get to where I want to be. Also some of the apps on my home screen take me back to the sign on screen and after signing in it takes me back to my home screen so I have to find other paths to get where I need to be.
It works properly in version 7.6, and the problem occurs when i upgrade to version 7.8
I like Web , just wish the way certain things look on the mobile was easier to navigate.
Need to be able to unlock with face ID
At times when taking a picture of receipt - screen freezes.
In the middle of a Pandemic, when London was in Tier 4 Lockdown, I had a very enjoyable 2 hour private walking tour with Hazel through the Covent Garden neighborhood. If you want to go beyond superficial tourism, beyond just looking at things, and prefer to learn the background history and anecdotes that make a famous neighborhood like Covent Garden so popular - take this tour with Hazel.
Like the new interface and it feels much faster to start Web and load intranet pages. Best part is I don’t need to use RSA.

Web is complete garbage. To access any website I have to click on a link from my work email. It runs very slowly and always times out. This is very frustrating when I need to look up something work related on my phone not in the office.
Web was working great till about 3-4 weeks ago. I’m not sure what happened behind the scenes but it is nearly useless now. This is affecting six coworkers as well. We all reloaded it did the latest update and it still won’t finish the connection or times out.
This is one of the greatest tools. You don’t have to find a computer all you do is scan and learn.
Being able to access this on our BYOD Helps immensely. Time Management at work doesn’t always work out so BYOD IS OUR Savior.!!

Since the update I have not been able to access my mobile wire. It shows a error cannot connect to server. I have deleted it multiple times. It worked fine before the update.
