Lamsa takes you through the whole sign up process and then after you complete the whole thing, lo and behold you have no access to any games in Lamsa without upgrading. What a waste of time. At least unlock a few from each category so we know what we’re paying for. I feel like I just wasted time and I’m so irritated by the fact that I took time to do all that and my child can’t even play a single game. The irritation has now led me to delete Lamsa and leave a review for other parents to not have to go through that nonsense.

I definitely hate this greedy subscription model. They have some good games and some really poor ones. Some games my kids won't play more than few times and then stop. Yet they want to charge you $3.99 a month indefinitely. I dislike that.
Reactivate in app purchase so I can buy only the games and books that my kids like.

My daughter loves Lamsa which is why I paid for the subscription and let her use it. Well guess what I paid for the subscription only to find out that it doesn’t even work it just says pay again. What is this scam, when I tried to connect the developers they said will get back to you. When will you get beach to me when the subscription ends this is not the first time this happens if you going to do an app like this please make sure you fix the bugs and leave a content information for someone we can reach. If I can give less than zero I would.

It keeps crashing despite having the latest ios update and latest app update!

I signed up for the subscription and when it took my money it won’t let me sign in and use what I pay for. When I go to sign in it says I’ve exceeded the devices for Lamsa even though it isn’t signed in anywhere. It doesn’t recognize my account yet is never late at taking my money. I canceled so fast!

It seems like a great app, but you can’t do a single thing without paying. I’ve never seen an educational app do this. If you want to attract more subscribers, you need to allow one or two free videos to let us know what we’re getting into. It cost way too much to pay for something you don’t even know would be useful.

Nothing is free. You have to enter your email to register to find that you cant play any game until you subscribe!

I’m more than willing to pay to subscribe, but there’s no way to try out Lamsa ’s features first to make sure it’s something I’d like. Or maybe there is and I can’t find it. All I saw were the padlock icons. Please over some free content or a 7 day trial.

Since I subscribed two weeks ago we were only able to use it three times. When you turn Lamsa on, it freezes. I tried sending emails to get it fixed but I’m mot getting any replies. I really wish someone can help me fix it!
