However, whatever day I had for N appointment set, it would also alert me at 12am as well.
For example, it inset an appointment for a meeting on Tuesday at 3pm, it would alert me at 12am on Tuesday as well as at 3pm. Maybe to let me know Tuesday had arrived???
Since my hubby works nights, I keep my phone by my bed and can't silence it in case of an emergency so these alerts at midnight kept waking me up. So annoying and no way to turn this feature off so ReminderCountdownPro had to go.
Otherwise, it's great!
First thing is first and want to say ReminderCountdownPro developer thank you very very much. ReminderCountdownPro helps me a lot of things, but in my case I wish have as option if includes for events begin date/time and end date/time. The other thing wish to see events in the circle, if we have that it could be awesome may be in the settings to choose list or circle. I don't like asking too much, but these are just my small opinion lol. Finally no matter what I love ReminderCountdownPro, and If I see update I'll come back to add the 5th star okay. Its my promise. Keep it up...! Recommended app.
Overall, I just started using ReminderCountdownPro and I like it. But, I like to put my own photos on some of these events. If you import photos at the beginning, it’s fine, you get to choose from them. If you want to change selection later on, the only way is to restart iPad, and then choice is given to change, but without a restart I have not yet found a way to add or change selection of photos.
One other thing, icons that you get to choose from for events is interesting. If you want to use a birthday cake, theres no icon, but there is a coffin.
I really like ReminderCountdownPro a lot! I like that you can search, add your own photos for icons, and cloud sync to other devices. The only thing I’m missing is the option to back up my list of dates. I’m using ReminderCountdownPro to track Dates that have already passed. That way I can look back and reference when things took place. Important events. This is pretty much the best one on the market. And I also like the fact that they’re not trying to rip us off with a monthly subscription. I like paying one and done. I don’t mind paying the money if it’s a good app that I use.
Have been using ReminderCountdownPro for well over 10 years. It is a great tool for reminders of birthdays, anniversaries, and special events. I also use it to record major purchases, house repairs, and car repairs. Many times we have lost paperwork or forgotten when something was done fixed purchased or repaired. ReminderCountdownPro is fantastic.
The only complaint I would have for ReminderCountdownPro is you cannot attach photos or documents to the entry.
I have used the free version for years. When I searched for a simple "To Do List" every APP was not simple and straight forward. Turning 70 I am no longer interested in a "new learning" issue to do a simple task! So I purchased the PRO version and I was delighted. Thank you for a simple and excellent APP that does the job. I have linked my calendars and use your APP for reoccurring, one time events and important markers in this journey of life.

Reminders are supposed to nag you until you turn it off. When an alert is set off in ReminderCountdownPro you go to ReminderCountdownPro , look at what it is & it automatically clears the alert even though I want it to remain. I also want it to stay in the widget for a specified amount of time (until I complete the task) but it automatically disappears once viewed in ReminderCountdownPro .
So...what did v3.4 improve on? Nothing that I can tell. The problems I mentioned above still remain, one alert now triggers the badge count to like 14, the in-app notification appears only sometimes, and the new language is strange. I regret updating. I can only hope another update will make things better.
Used to be 4 stars, now I've downgraded to 2 stars.
I tried many reminder APPs but I had to struggle to use them which means they were not thought out. This one is super simple, laid out well, many usable options. All APPs should be built using this as a role model. I upgraded to the Pro version to show my appreciation of a fine APP. For all it takes to create software anyone who uses it should also pay. Good job!
I’ve used yearly calendars, perpetual calendars, and computerized calendars, all with limited success. They were okay, but unless I kept them up to date, they failed me.
This tool keeps me up to date, reminding me of special occasions, let’s me know how much time has passed or how much time before an event. I love it.
Today, I see it’s 100 days until Christmas, one month and three days until my 57th anniversary.
I bought the Pro version because I thought that maybe the different notifications sounds would work.
When I’m notified of a birthday the birthday song doesn’t notify me of the event I just get the default sound. I was soooo hoping that these different sounds would work.
If I’m missing something please let me know I’d be happy to give you 5 stars.

I did figure out how to get the birthday song to play & needless to say I❤️it! Since I lost my other notifier I haven’t been able to find one I like, until now! I wholeheartedly recommend ReminderCountdownPro to those who are looking for the perfect one! Please keep this updated as I’d hate to lose another good one! Thank you
No that I have your attention. I am an English teacher. (Just typing that makes people read even closer.) I think I have had ReminderCountdownPro since my iPhone 4. I use it all the time for tracking the obvious dates like when school starts, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Breaks, and the last day of school. I also track birthdays, special dates, and other events.
It has be come therapeutic to glance at the countdown and mentally note how I feel about the numbers. Amazingly they vary through the year. I am not always looking forward to breaks, vacation or nee beginnings. Reflecting on why I feel a certain way at a certain time has helped solve problems, relieve some stress and allow me to more fully enjoy the anticipation of good things ahead.
I’ve had ReminderCountdownPro for about 2.5 years now and love it. It’s helped me countdown graduations, Christmas, summer vacations, etc. The colors and pictures are good, but if I had one mInor complaint, I wish the developer would put more icons/pictures in ReminderCountdownPro . For example, if you search for a picture to put with a New Year’s countdown, one of the results is Happy New Year 2016. Nothing more recent. Since it is now 2020 that’s not useful. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise a five star app.
This is exactly what I wanted. I have a hard time remembering Birthdays/Anniversaries/Dr. Appointments and I didn’t want a calandra app all I wanted was Exactly what ReminderCountdownPro says it does and it does what it says it will do without any problems. The only problem I had was learning how to use it but when I emailed ReminderCountdownPro people they were very fast answering my questions and they explained on more than one occasion how to work some of the things I could not figure out on my own. Because I didn’t understand how to do some of the things was not their fault. The fault was just me being a slow learner and instead of trying the hit or miss approach of learning I just emailed them and they were great with their help. Very kind people and very great app
Everything I use to put in my phones calendar would some how never save or get deleted. So I would lose everything. I've missed doctor appts and deadlines for school, and probably more things but I'll never know now. But now that I found ReminderCountdownPro I have never had a problem with things getting deleted. Other positives is you can personalize each event u make up with a different picture icon and colored back round. I will never not use ReminderCountdownPro In the future! Thank you
Update: I’ve been using ReminderCountdownPro for years, and it’s still the single most used and most useful app on my phone. Pay the 99 cents and make your life a bit easier 🙂
I use ReminderCountdownPro all the time: Birthdays, doctors appointments, anything that's coming up that's important to me, I just create a timer for that event. This is a very practical application and I probably use it more than any app on my phone besides email and messaging.
One of the coolest things you can do is set up a timer with your birthday, kids birthday, wife, or whatever, then the timer will show your Exact age in seconds, minutes, hours, days, years, etc... So cool!
I just had one complaint: it wasn't possible to arrange the reminders. New reminders appeared at the top of the list, and the older ones were moved down. But that was fixed with an update so now ReminderCountdownPro is perfect! I love ReminderCountdownPro and highly recommend it!
ReminderCountdownPro is easy to use, and a great tool for keeping track of upcoming events in your life -- both the single-occurance, and repeating items! (Multiple ways of configuring them too!)

One small problem… the icons shown are ice, but apparently there are more choices…I accidentally came across some one day, but don’t know how to add them or how to find them again! (Still love ReminderCountdownPro , but that part is a bit frustrating.) Wish there was more information about finding and using such stuff.
I started out just wanting a simple countdown app for when I get to have a leg brace removed (I’m so tired of this thing)! I think it was more for my personal entertainment than anything else.
However, once I started looking into them, I realized how handy one would be for a lot of other things. So, I checked out several, and I wasn’t happy with any of them.
Finally, I found this one. What I love about it is it’s so easy to figure out, it has lots of options, and it syncs with my iPhone! I went ahead and bought the Pro version just for that. It’s well worth the price just to support this developer.
Love ReminderCountdownPro! Never been too much into reminders, but really need them at the moment. ReminderCountdownPro is lovely and fun, with lots of creative choices, which is my favorite part (although you don’t have to use those possibilities if you don’t want to). I made a couple of dozen reminders right away, and will be adding more. One small problem: I was sorting in “customizable” mode, and several times, after moving a reminder up or down, the reminders became untappable for editing. Fully exiting ReminderCountdownPro solved it each time and no reminders were lost. I’m on a semi-old iPhone, which may be why it happened. Still worth all five stars to me.
This is exactly what I was looking for! Went thru so many apps, before finally finding the perfect one. I love I can add all reminders, bills due, birthdays, appointments, holidays, all in one place and in date order so I can easily see what is coming and when. Also can add custom categories so I can filter for all Bills category I setup and see just bills if needed. The icon and colors are great, which can be turned off, but I love I can make all related things have the same icon which also adds to the visual ease of ReminderCountdownPro. Simple, easy to use, extremely useful, no more hunting thru my calendar to find things. 10 stars for sure!!!!!!!
We love ReminderCountdownPro! We share the same apple account etc & that allows us both to share ReminderCountdownPro. If I schedule a task she sees it on hers, and if she'd schedules something I see it instantly. We can plan together without clashes. FANTASTIC APP!
One suggestion; we can customize the repetition of events such as weekly, yearly etc. But it would be great to add a customized reminder for WORKDAYS (Mon - Fri).
