How to fix CDL Exam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CDL Exam app on iPhone
Update CDL Exam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CDL Exam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CDL Exam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CDL Exam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CDL Exam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CDL Exam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CDL Exam App
1. On android, goto Settings » CDL Exam » click [Force Stop]

Update CDL Exam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CDL Exam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CDL Exam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CDL Exam.

Fix CDL Exam unable to contact server/ CDL Exam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CDL Exam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CDL Exam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CDL Exam
