Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Speed PRO+ app issues:

Force Stop the Speed PRO+ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Speed PRO+ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Speed PRO+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Speed PRO+ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Speed PRO+ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Speed PRO+.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Speed PRO+ » "Force Stop".

Again, got Speed PRO+ » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
