It’s pretty much what I wrote in the Title. I quit paying the $10/mo. almost immediately, because no one from this developer ever wrote back to me; and this is my fourth time writing. All I wanted was for someone, anyone to write back in a timely manner, with solutions. After seeing that it was four months since the developer’s last upgrade, coupled with them NEVER getting back to me, I can now see why customer satisfaction just isn’t a top priority with this game developer. If this developer didn’t have a totally unfair monopoly within the iOS system, I would gladly use a competitor who would have the same this app choices. If your company doesn’t like dealing with customers, especially when you have an outrageously expensive monthly bill, apparently for not having to do anything at all...you need to seriously rethink things, my friends. The question now is: how important is my possible continued business with you? I simply won’t be put off one more time. Thanks (I hope!) for your swift attention to my issues.
