Having trouble downloading from the cloud

Used to work fine, now it backs up to the cloud. Guess that’s good- but can’t seem to download any of them. It just spins. Hopefully just overlooking something went a contact message but thought to put it here too. I have a lot of recordings at risk otherwise. Thanks
Update: I have 132 gig left of free space on my phone. My recordings continue to disappear. I need to know what is going on. I trusted you to retain my recordings and I can even download them
Easy to use, wish other features existed

Program is very easy to use, and the quality of recordings is better than many apps. Also like being able to put various files into folders.
I wish there was a way to select multiple files and move ALL of them into a folder or delete ALL of selected files. As it is, users have to move/delete files one at a time. Time consuming when you have multiple recordings/.

I never give 5/5 but will make an exception in this case. If the app never got any better than it is today it would still be A++ Would Buy Again… cannot think of a single feature or tweak required to make it better.
My use case is capturing important thoughts for an on-the-go podcast. Over the years I’ve used many technologies and this is far better than anything else I’ve tried. I stopped looking this time around after finding RP records Bluetooth. If I don’t sound great it’s because of my choice of headset.
