Great app and service, no complaints except there should be widget options for iOS homescreen

E of the support media it says that CallPlease has a 14 day trial then you have to subscribe. False advertising? Contacts also won’t sync so far so it’s useless so far.

App crashes constantly

I run a private school. Over the past couple of years, I have been searching on and off for an app that I could use to organize the many, many messages that I receive on a regular basis - both from parents as well as calls from parents who want information about our school. I've tried programs that are not necessarily geared toward call management, but I have some how been able to make them fit - somewhat. Evernote was one of them. A great tool for lots of things, but not really oriented toward managing phone calls. Last week I came across this app. All I can say is WOW! It does what I dreamed it should do and much more. Syncing between my phone and tablet is one of those much more. Simple to navigate, yet complex in its abilities to manage all my calls. I can't wait for the desktop version. The developers have hit a home run with this one!!!

I’d been looking for a long time for a phone log to replace the FileMaker Pro version I spent a lot of Paramount’s money developing for the production company I was working for in the early 90s. Something light, mobile, synchronized with a desktop or laptop, clean, accurate and supported. I didn’t need the sync to assistant part anymore, since my assistant was now named Sir, but I could see how someone else might.

A few years ago I found Call Please. I can’t remember who first mentioned it . Maybe it was John August. Somebody whose opinion I respect anyway. It was all I wanted and it’s done nothing but get better since, incrementally and continuously.

It’s hard to get UI right and it’s harder to get UX right. Rhys and his team have never stopped working to improve a tool that was pretty good when I found it.

I've had CallPlease for a while – but I haven't started using it until the last few days. I don't often write reviews – in fact this may be the first unsolicited review I've ever written – but I can tell that CallPlease is going to revolutionize the way I make and return phone calls.

I can be forgetful sometimes. I hate having lists of people to call and those lists end up everywhere - sometimes in my memos- sometimes in my calendar- sometimes on paper – but I can already see CallPlease making returning phone calls easier, simpler, and more organized.

I'm self-employed (with no other staff) and I still find CallPlease worthwhile. Thank you so much to the developers for automating what was once one of the most tedious and disorganized parts of my job. I love the reminders and how well-thought-out, designed, organized and clean everything is.

I'll try to update this review and if the designers want to reach out to me for a testimonial or any kind of support I welcome that.

I work in film and while we are away from the office on set it's so difficult to keep track of calls. No longer! I discovered this app and have made mine and my boss's lives much easier. There are a few areas where I felt CallPlease could improve, so I wrote in to the support email and was met with a helpful response almost immediately. I was incredibly impressed with their politeness and efficiency, as well as the Support's willingness to tailor CallPlease to our needs. Really really great, I definitely recommend!

My Boss and I get so many calls a day and we were using excel spread sheets and text messages to keep track of who we needed to call back and it was just a pain! Found CallPlease online when googling for a solution and it is seriously the best thing out there.

If you are looking for a way to organize and keep track of all the calls you get and need to make this is a really clear and simple way to do it. I use the Web and my boss uses both the web and CallPlease on her iPhone and the push notification function is such a life saver when my boss is out and doesn't pick up her phone.

Was waiting for the contact integration to make things faster for me when entering in caller info and now they have added it so could not be happier!

Keep up the good work and the new functions coming!

If you are in business and get phone messages, this is a must have app. Easy to use, it tracks calls on all devices, seamlessly synchronizing between web, iPhone and iPad, and between you and your admin / assistant. Keeps phone messages organized and keeps a log of all call activity with simple color coding and message sorting and grouping. I can't do business without it!!

Don't even try this unless you know you'll be willing to pay $6/month if you like what you get during the free trial.
Before you even test CallPlease out, you'll be getting annoying notifications from them. Yes, they take advantage of knowing you have to accept notifications to be able to utilize the service. No problem. Done. Deleted. Oh, wait... Now I'm getting an email with the subject line PAYMENT REMINDER when I am so put off by them I didn't even utilize the free trial. Do yourself a favor... Just like another reviewer said, just use Evernote. Even better, the diary apps are getting much better lately, and you can set reminders and enter tons of tags per call, so you can sort in endless ways when needed.

My assistant and I no longer use paper call sheets. CallPlease has replaced them and has made our call sheet much more organized. The best thing it does is all my calls are on my iPhone and iPad. When my assistant logs on a new call it alerts me and I open it up. I have been using it for a couple of months. I just did the update and have been toying with the add-a-call feature. It is a great addition. 2 thumbs up (for those of you old enough to understand).

I can't say how awesome CallPlease is! It's beyond words! They keep adding new features and improving on the great features they already have. Most importantly if you have feedback and email them, they actually respond and try to fix the issues. This is the only app I will ever use for keeping track of my calls from now on. I highly recommend CallPlease!

This shows some promise but who wants to set up one more internet account? Unfortunately this is not a stand alone app. the user creates an account to sync with and other devices. It has both user input and import from address book options.
Its not for me. I have been looking for a light weight app for tracking calls.
I want to be able to simply take the incoming number and make a note about the conversation and save it with the phone number and the name of the person calling.
I did not want to save the call as a contact in the native OS.

CallPlease is easy to understand and easy to use! Using CallPlease made it fast and reliable getting messages/phone calls from a to b. I highly recommend CallPlease to any and every relation between assistant/employee and employer. It will truly make your working situation much easier and efficient!

CallPlease has been fantastic - tracking my calls, easily allowing me to make/return calls and keep notes if necessary. I think they've thought of everything. Highly recommended.

I would love to use this iPad version of CallPlease. It is well thought out. You make a call then receive a sheet to fill out about the call... at least, that's what I think it does. You see, I have an iPad, not an iPhone. CallPlease is the iPad version, but why an iPad version? It's useless on an iPad, unless... you use it with the handoff function. In that case, you need an iPhone.
Question, why bother with an iPad version of CallPlease?

In addition, I sent an email to the developers who never answered. So, I don't care about this, and, it is useless to me.

It's finally easy to track numerous project calls & know who is dropping the ball. Personalization & alarms bring me up to 5 stars on CallPlease. Can't beat the friendly, helpful & FAST communication with the developers.

Not iOS friendly. Can't unsubscribe from the spam they send via email. Can't deactivate my account. Da fugg! CallPlease is hot garbage and I just want to be done with it but it is clinging onto my email and phone like a tapeworm to my intestines. Talk about stage 5 clinger! If CallPlease was an ex I'd have to get a restraining order against it! Would be a half decent review if I could just get rid of CallPlease and it's annoyances. But not its dam impossible to unsubscribe in a moderately simple fashion.

Search no more. This is the perfect call sheet app. It is awesome. My assistant and I both love it, and it can be accessed on computer, iPad, iPhone… It is adaptable and customizable. I've even made suggestions which they took and incorporated into CallPlease .

CallPlease is great and useful but too costly for the pro plan. It was great to use during the beta but I will have to rethink the $120/year expense. It would be best at $60, but I am not sure what it takes to run this type of business. I may just use my call sheets or go back to excel or livescribe 3. Overall a great app and very nice looking.
