I have a problem with Rain Alerts

User reports:
No current problems

- No method seems evident or able to incorporate any location other than England

- Lots of adjustments, none effect any change

- Only applies to a very narrow area in Europe and doesn't explain that fact anywhere in the description

- No regions other than Europe, not suitable for Canada, US or Mexico

- Current radar shows NO clouds for the entire planet, inaccurate

- Not supported in the US yet it's in English and there is no way to contact the developer

- Only supports The Netherlands, British Isles and Germany, not mentioned in the description

- Not made for the US, not recommended to waste time and money on it.

To resolve Rain Alerts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Rain Alerts App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rain Alerts » click [Force Stop]

Clear Rain Alerts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rain Alerts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rain Alerts.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rain Alerts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rain Alerts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rain Alerts
