Do not waste your money on the in-app purchases. You won’t get the hints!

I kept playing, trying to like it. 'There's potential for something great,' I told myself. 'I just have to find the groove.' But after several hours, the conclusion has to be that there isn't anything great. The puzzles don't require intelligence as much as patience for moving blocks over and over. The key difficulty -the limited number of moves- is essentially a trial and error system. If the solution isn't obvious (and way too many are) you simply can get away with moving blocks until you randomly come across the right answer. It's tedious and boring. I think rather than getting a set number of moves the game should be a high scoring system where you try to get the fewest moves. As it stands, I have already deleted the game and can proudly state that I would not recommend the full version to anyone. There are far better puzzlers out there that actually achieve greatness rather than merely show potential.

I wish it would let you progress if you can't solve a puzzle in the number of tries it says it takes. There are a few that I can do in 3 tries, but it won't let me continue without getting it in two. I like challenges, but maybe it should offer a "star achievement" system like some other games. That way, you can progress but you can always go back and try to improve on a previous level to get more stars. A few other games do this and it works. This game makes me not want to play because if I get hung up on one level I can't move on and come back to it.

The game itself is addicting as hell for lovers of logic puzzle games. My brain always has the good kind of hurt and I ended up being about 30 minutes late to an appointment because of a truly fiendish puzzle. The interface in the game itself is nice and intuitive, but I still don't know where the options menu is (or if there even is one). This is especially annoying to me because I HATE the music. I play with my phone on silent because the music angers me a great deal. If MovetheBox had an options menu or a few different tunes to listen to, it'd be perfect. As is, I recommend it to logic puzzle fiends but it's not the greatest thing ever.

It is fun but challenging because you only can have one move. The boxes have different designs that are very dicriptive. It has a very good way of explainin new comers of the game like me. I got this game from a family member and I didn't understand it till the directions poped up and they were just very good at explaining. This game has beautiful graphics and the artist should be rewarded for the fame graphics and the creator of the game the game is great but when people download it you should put a Better description for the game and not relie on others. But the game is so good it is brain teasing mind working fun. It is so easy that it's challenging, also another thing is I have to write this review an it has to be 6000 words so u need more hints .

This is a really fun little logic game but it really irritates me that you have to pay for hints. It would be better to pay for the game and then just have hints available. Maybe a set amount that you can use up and then playing a few rounds without hints would recharge them. That way you don't just have way too many hints and you're rewarded for playing without them. I can't stand it when people charge for in game items. That is the way to ruin a game. It might bug me when I can't solve a puzzle but I'm not going to pay extra for a hint, maybe more game but not a hint. Instead I'll just stop playing and remember not to buy anything from that company again. Too bad it could have been great!

Fun puzzle game but NEED the option to skip a level. Will get 5 hints to use in the game when you review it. After they are used up it looks like you have to buy hints if you want to continue. Let us skip a level like other games let us do!
Update 2/24 I was up to halfway thru Hamburg when there was a glitch with the boxes showing over the city screen. Closed game and went back...Hamburg completely disappeared. Had to delete & reinstall game, starting over. Aaarhhhh...

I think we (collective app buyers) have gotten so used to the games where it teaches you a skill to do something and let's you practice it in about eight levels before shoving you into the deep end that this game has caused us to drown. We learn what we need in order to play and then were dropped into the deep end and we're meant to just figure it out. This is something other apps just haven't done for us in recent history. Because of that I will give this game four stars but I also just needed hints to get past a specific level.

This is a good game for burning some time away and also if you could use some distraction from the days stress! You have to focus on what your doing in order to get to the next level. When you are playing each level gets more difficult. As I was playing I realized that I was so focused on those dang boxes that I had forgotten for a while about the other things going on around me! (A good thing!)
The only negative is that they don't offer Free hints. It's great that the game is free. But I don't LOVE IT enough to buy hints! Maybe if enough people comment about that, then it will change?

Not bad it is a very good game it is a little difficult for kids . Because it is a game of thinking and not everybody likes that . It is a game to play when you are board so you entertain yourself and do not bother others because you are board . So others can talk while you play this game alone . Everybody loves being entertain with whatever they liken. they will do it if they need it if they like it so much . When I do something I have to like it if not I do not do it . It just makes me want to sleep . I am repeating the same but in different forms of putting because it's the only thing to be said . I just can get to level seven because it is extremely , extremely too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too too difficult

When I play a game I look foward to being there a long time and when you play this game you get it this game is really great !

Ifs very fun

Excellent game. Great puzzles so far. The only thing I don't like is when you use a hint, it tells you how to solve the entire puzzle, instead of offering just one move at a time. How about when you buy a hint, you still buy all of the hints for that level, but you can choose to show one at a time. Say you need help only on the first move. You would press the "Show (first/next) move" button, and it would only highlight the first or next move, as appropriate. That way, you can give people a nudge in the right direction without giving the whole level away.

Who would've thought that moving boxes could be so moving that it would make you write a 600o character review just to get some hints! Ok, so I started playing without having any idea what I was doing. I sat there staring at the screen while trying to figure out what to do. What was the point????.??.????????????? Probably not enough question marks to fully explain how I felt about the whole experience.
The screen showed different types of boxes. So what was the point? I moved a box and they all disappeared. The screen said excellent, so I guess I did something right! Then I started figuring out the game. I was supposed to make one move to make the boxes disappear!

This is a great game! It's really fun and NO time pressure. Pick it up as you want, take as long as you like. Challenging and a great stress relief. Only one problem: turning the sound off still makes little tinny "tick" sounds when you undo. I HATE this. If this game weren't so amazing otherwise, I would dump it. But it is so much fun that I still play. PLEASE dev team, turn OFF the "back" or "undo" sounds. My wife simply won't play it because of this and we both love this kind of game. Sound off should mean ALL sounds off.

Otherwise, a really neat, challenging and immersive game. I have to look at the time to make sure I don't spend too much time on it. 😄

I’ve been playing this game since 2012. Then I stopped... they made an update changed the music and i never played it again. Now it’s back with its original music and I’m so excited. It’s such a relaxing puzzling game!

Awesome best game that you could ever have you will be amazed by the statistics of the game it is a very mind challenging game very fun and creative you will have a blast trying to find how to get it done and hope this is very helpful to all you Reading this thank you for your time to read all this I had a lot of work to it I really hope you enjoy it thank you for your time and I hope you love it and by any chance does anybody know about the planets and why Pluto is not one right now. if you do just leave a comment on the game and I will try to find it thank you bye I will be very happy if you do give me a comment on it

Finally, a game for adults! 7 levels, 24 puzzles on each level. It will last you for a while!

Two seconds to learn the rules, costs nothing (really), provides you with hours of entertainment. Perfect for killing time at the doctors office but don't try it at night when you're trying to go to sleep because you'll instantly become absorbed. My favorite aspect of this game besides the puzzles is that it works your brain instead of your pocketbook, which I greatly appreciate Thank you to the people who designed this game.

This is a good game and I would play it if I get my hints from this review I don't know how long it has to be so just accept it And put it on your website because I'm stuck on level seventeen and I'm freaking out man so just accept this review and I don't care if you think this is funny or stupid just give me my five hints............this is a pretty cool review an if you've read this far well your probably just waisting your time because I'm only doing this for the hints to get off the level 17 I'm freaking out man so HELP ME and give me my five hints. All about how my life got flipped turned upside down and I'd like to take a minute just sit right there and tell ya how I became the prune of a town called bellair! In west Philadelphia born and raised, on the playground is where I spend most of my days! Chilling out,maxin, relaxin all cool and shootin some bball outside of my school when a couple guys who were up to no good started makin trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one lil fight and my mom got scared and said you're moving with aunty and uncle in bellair! I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror and if anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought nah forget to home to bellair! I pulled up to the house about 7 or8 and I yelled to the cabby go hone smellya later! Looked at my kingdom I was finally there to sit on my throne the fresh prince of bellair!

I needed the hints! Awesome app though

It's great that you can work on the multiple cities in parallel. A couple things I would change:
1. When selecting a city, instead of showing an "!" for each incomplete city, it should display what level you are on
2. If you use a hint, there should be some way of (temporarily) disabling the display of the hint in case you want to go back and try to figure it out again. Maybe just another button at the top to toggle hints on or off.
