I'm using Metrash2 my iPhone...so my problem is why not download national metrash2 certificate my phone..cau you solve this system checking...I'm paying system government fee 10 riyal but not the process is failed
I have Don everything for new passport no in my I'd and paid already one week ago but still not sent my Qatar id and showing renewal passport date expiry
Not able to register it showing couldnot start conversation. Please help me
Date 16-08-2022 Dear Metrash 2 Customer Services, I have downloaded Metrash 2 via Playstore, however, when I try to login and after I enter my QID number, expiry date of QID, the system asks me : "are you sure phone number is under your QID"? I respond "Yes" , it gives me the following message: "Cannot start conversation" and it does not take me any further. Please help me get Application, as its absence is negatively impacting several aspects of my life. Thank you in anticipation Zerthun Zinabu Mobile: 50395414.
i cant access my metrash app.. uninstalled and reinstalled already. it shows blank space only with no log in details.

Always give me the error “ios_code02”
I format my iPhone and downloaded only metrash2 to work but when Apple make the the IOS 13.3.1 the application stuck again with the same error.
